BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. DON'T BUY.

Please don't buy from this website.
They are thieves. They took my £30.00. I ordered a Dune handbag on their sale which I never received. After sending them several messages and emails about my refund, they replied I will receive my refund in 5 to 30 working days. It has been 3 months now. No bag and No refund. The bag was for my sister's birthday present which has gone by now. Please save yourself from this heartache and save your money. They're very unprofessional and rude. Don't buy from this website. Thieves they're.

Super bad

All right, so website says you get 10% off if you sign up for their newsletter. Then you get a discount code via e-mail. When trying to use it, it says it’s only valid if you register as well. You do that too, then it does as if it accepted the code but then it does not take 10% off the price. Plus, seriously, €18,10 in sending costs!? Used to be a loyal customer in actual shops, but I’m so disappointed by this - not the money you see, but this whole trickery - that I’ll never buy any of their products again.

Horrible experience dealing with this company. I ordered several different pieces and realized I order the wrong handles for the wrong bags and just had some general returns. It cost me $70 to return items to Italy for a $200 return which I have been trying to get for months. I emailed the documentation and put it in the box with the items (some never even opened) and my emails get ignored. Do not order from this company, it's a huge mistake....especially for plastic handbags!!!

I ordered the o Bag for my sister who is a school teacher who has always wanted a obag. I registered and I received a promo code for ten dollars off my first order. I kept trying to add the promo but it wasn't successful. I still went ahead and purchased the bag and figured I would just email in regards to the promo .I explained what happened I gave y order number and was told my purchase had to be over 50 in euro to honor the promo. My order was about 150 us which is over the amount. Then I was basically told I couldn't get a price adjustment because I inadvertently checked out as a guest. This was a horrible experience as a first time customer. I intended on buying another bag for my mom but the customer service rep was no help at all. I believe quality customer service is a priority for any business to thrive.

I would just like to thank the team at Our Bag who have helped me recently with regards to a company I purchased a product from. The company are posing as the official stockist of O Bags and they have been extremely unprofessional and unresponsive when I requested a refund and are a complete shambles. After doing some investigating due to the experience I have had with them compared to past purchases of O Bags in the UK, it became apparent that the company I purchased from were not the original team/company. Our Bag informed Italy for me, the manufacturers of O Bag, and I have now received a response from O Bag UK and I am hoping I get my refund very soon!

I would 100% recommend this company, they are extremely helpful even when I wasn’t at the time a direct customer of theirs. Thank you so much! If you would like to purchase O Bags in the UK, please order from these guys! They are the original O Bag company and are in no way associated with O BAG UK - The company I have had issues with.

Impressive customer service!

This innovative company is consistently showing excellence in customer care. I’ve been a loyal customer for about 6-7 years now, having discover a beautiful store while walking in Venice on a wet and windy winter afternoon. I didn’t know the brand but the concept attracted me. So I bought a couple of bags and have continue to purchase some other bags & watches throughout the years in different countries. I recently visited Madrid where I bought a watch and two bands. I returned to Miami and realized the watch mechanism wasn't working properly and on top of that the OBag store is permanently closed. I immediately contacted OBag customer service. After a couple of emails and 4 days later I just received the replacement. So please does not hesitate to buy these products because you don’t have a store in your hometown. You won’t have any problems getting help if you need to. Hats off for an excellent approach to customer service. OBag is fantastic!!!!!

A joke

Ordered couple items from their official website. Got an e-mail saying that it’d be sent within 5 days. After a week I still haven’t received any confirmation so I ranged them up and they say they had to cancel it because they didn’t have one of the items in stock. They couldn’t even tell which one! Why couldn’t they send at least an e-mail?! I was also told that I need to wait one month to get my money back. Attrocious customer service. Won’t ever order anything from these incompetent people.

Faulty Obag not accepted for a refund

I bought an obag mini on 24 April (order 800007179 )an after two months of use (not everyday as I have other obags) it got all wavy and deformed.I claimed a new one to Obag and after one week of waiting with no response on Facebook or to my emails, they finally respond today as follows:

'unfortunately we can't consider the condition of the bag as a production issue, but simply worn out. For this reason we can't refund your order.'

Nearly got robbed in the Bologna O bag shop

Just been in the O bag store in Bologna (street 71 piazza galvant) with my wife and the shop assistant tried to rob me of 20 euros! She obviously recognised we were tourists who didn’t speak Italian, insisted we pay cash, and then didn’t give me the correct change (20 euros missing). When we questioned it she suddenly refused to speak any more English and tried to tell us we were both wrong! Be careful in this shop and count your change carefully.

I phoned them several times to discuss…

I phoned them several times to discuss purchases and ended up with £20+ calls on my mobile bill because this is a 0845 number. This number gets charged once as an access charge and once as a service charge. NOT IMPRESSED.

Both Obag and DPD have been difficult to deal with during all of this! Would not recommend!

Made an error in my order and received…

Made an error in my order and received an email within a very short period of time. The associate that helped me did a fantastic job and even sent me a picture of what my bag would look like before she completed my order. Love doing business with you. thank you for your attention to detail and taking those extra steps to ensure quality customer service. It was most appreciated.

Watch broke in half the time it took customer service to respond

We bought a watch from them. The casing broke within a month -- weak spot near the watch stem. No problem, it had a year warranty, right? Took it back to the store where we bought it, but the store was gone. Took them 2 months to answer my email to customer service. Then they told us it was "ordinary wear and tear" and not covered by the warranty. I will not buy anything else from them.

Oh what an Obag!

It is great to have this European bag brand now available in the U.K. Although I live offshore and not able to shop in the London branch, the staff at Obag are so giving of their time and support to help you 'build a bag' to suit your needs and colour schemes. You can contact them by live chat, email or phone and they replicate the ideas you want into wonderful quality pictures of bag combinations which are emailed to you for consideration. It is wonderful to have this service and the added pleasantness and professionalism of the team at Obag. And I love that when I use my bag and it is much admired that is bespoke to me and hasn't cost a fortune! Thank you team Obag UK.
