I had a problem with my Oura ring
I had a problem with my Oura ring, and I need it for health reasons. Tried every hint to get it to work , but nothing helped. I messaged Oura, and they couldn't have been more helpful. They replaced my ring, right away. They were polite, courteous, and very quickly solved my problem. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I highly recommend the ring, for all it's capabilities, and their customer service for stnding by their product
Top notch customer service
I’ve had my Oura ring for just about three years and I absolutely love it. Only recently did I have the need to call customer service about an issue and I loved the way it was handled. It was really nice to make an appointment so you knew exactly when you were going to get a call instead of waiting on hold for an hour. They called me exactly when they said they would call. Oura handled my issue really quickly and went above and beyond.
Charging issues quickly resolved
I had an issue with my ring not holding a charge and asked for a replacement. I received my new ring very quickly and was so pleased that I barely lost any data, and had my trusty friend to help me keep on track. My new ring is holding up even better than my old one. So glad I am a member of the Oura family!
Hardware not fit for purpose
Customer service is great but the product is not fit for purpose and always breaks just outside of warranty so you have to replace it. Been a customer for 6 years and mutilple rings. Great while it lasts but it doesn't last long so dont waste your time.

Ordered ring - declined my refund
Ordered ring, received wrong color. Returned to change the size and color, they declined me getting the color I wanted. The replacement package never came, and now they refuse to give me a refund. Waste and scammed me out of $500z

Great at First, Then Battery Failed and Support Dismissed Me
I’m extremely disappointed with my Oura Ring Gen 4 (Ceramic). After about two months of normal use, the battery suddenly dropped to lasting only 4 days. When I first purchased it, I was getting around 7 days per charge, which is within the advertised 5–8 day range so this change is noticeable and frustrating.
I reached out to customer support via chat, and they dismissed my concern, saying the battery was “fine” because it was close to 5 days. That’s not accurate based on their own claims, and it completely ignored the fact that my battery performance had clearly declined.
I then called and spoke to a representative named Pedro, and the experience was even worse. He talked over me, didn’t listen to my concerns, and insisted nothing was wrong without properly addressing the issue.
For a product that costs around $500 plus additional insurance I expected much better quality and customer support. I don’t even use the ring heavily; I mainly use it for Natural Cycles tracking, so there’s no reason the battery should be degrading this quickly.
Overall, the product is disappointing, and the customer service is even worse. Save yourself the frustration and money this is not worth it.

Best service ever
My ring’s battery had an issue of not staying charged and working with the team at Oura was the absolute best customer service experience I have ever had with any company. When issues come up, most companies tend to make it more of a headache with how they handle stuff and you have to jump through all these hoops but Oura just does what they need to do. I’m so happy I use their product and I will continue to support them anyway I can.

Very disappointing…
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Oura.
I originally purchased an Oura Ring as a premium health product, however the device developed a battery fault and had to be replaced. Unfortunately, the replacement ring has now developed the same battery issue.
I raised this with Oura support and my case (#6441848) was escalated to their management team. While they initially engaged, communication has since stopped entirely despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks.
The only resolution offered so far has been a partial discount on purchasing a new device, which I do not consider reasonable given this is a repeated failure across multiple units.
As an Australian customer, I would expect a product at this price point to last a reasonable amount of time and not experience the same fault twice. I have since lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria.
I’m still open to resolving this directly, however the lack of response and support has been frustrating.
Based on my experience, I would be cautious about the durability of the product and the level of after-sales support provided.
