After 3 years to hold an account, they have asked me for a new due diligence paying 500 eur since in their opinion I have not used the account.
This company is totally disorganised and any incoming or outgoing is affected from ' paranoia'

I transfer 600 euros as SEPA fiat to Bybit account from my German Bank. Money did not come to my trade account. Bybit Support did not solve the problem and did not get any clear answer. I ordered then my bank to call the money back. Got no name info-EMail message from OUITRUST with copy to @bybit.com . OUITRUST is, as it assumes, the accountant service of Bybit. Ouitrust demanded to send them copies of several personal finance documents , which in my opinion violating the European law for protection of personal data. I demanded from them to send me official signed request for this documents, then receive no answer. My bank sent me then a letter, that it did not receive any answer from the recepient company (ouitrust) after the recalling of my money transfer. I see, that there is a lot of people at Trustpilot, who financially suffered from ouitrust.com. Let us organize together to get our money back from ouitrust.com! This is extremely unserious, the company should be punished for such a behavior! I have already started the investigation, what customer's regulations in Europe they are constantly violating! It should be send the complain letter to European Securities and Markets Authority and DFSA. The CEO of OUITRUST Ryan Lee should better organise the training of the support team to avoid such problems. They got their licence for SEPA transfer only 9 months ago , and so unsufficient results with supporting the.customers!

Highly recommend this E-money institution, I am an E-commerce seller, and since my company has just started, I have a lot of trouble creating an account for my company, Ouitrust helps me.

For every transaction, be it incoming or outgoing, we have to provide some sort of proof (contract or whatever). Even for smaller amounts like 1k or 2k Euro. Sometimes the appeal gets rejected because they don't "feel comfortable" about the transaction. WHAT?

Ouitrust, please go bankrupt.

They steal your money, lock your account. They ignore your emails.

I have collaborated with OuiTrust and they are not paying me many overdue invoices for several months . Usually when this happens the company is close to bankruptcy or it is a scam company.

I'm sure this people giving 5 stars are themselves or their staff.

First they stop me from sending money out, and eventually locked my account, they told me to send my account for reversal after 6 weeks, now its more than 2 weeks they didn't get back to me.

I had reported them to ombudsman and other authorities...

I will advise you to run away, but if you're ok they take your money, then fine because Ouitrust are nothing but scammers in disguise.

OuiTrust not legal comapny and make my email in spam case for not Replay to me and don't give me any update about my Case and about my money taked

I have make complains in police and in cyper crime for this The infringement of my rights and property, as well as the material and moral damage that you have caused me.

I will also submit a request for compensation for this, and I will not tolerate you because you do not work according to the law, but violate it, and you will pay the price for this.

I have appointed a lawyer and a police lieutenant, who acknowledge that he will go through all the procedures that authorize him to breastfeed you

Ouitrust is a scam. They owe my money from more than 1 month now telling me every day that it will be ok.

You are worth it, after all
