Excellent communication. I reached out with questions and all of them were answered in a timely manner. The price for the doll I ordered was completely worth it. The doll itself is wonderfully made. I asked for some slight modifications with the face up and it was done and done quickly. Shipping was fast, the item arrived in pristine condition. It was packed very well. I had a very positive experience and will defintely order from Oueneifs again.

The joints and articulation is bad :(
It's can't hold up poses, very springey, there's no silicone pad joints to help it pose better too.
It's such a shame... I really like the doll but I can't even pose it well.

She is perfect!
She is perfect!! My wife loves her! She looks just like the pictures! Her wig came perfect and styled just like the pictures! Dress, stocking, and shoes all came in perfect condition. Faceup is a beautiful work of art! ❤️
