I like the costume care service and how fast their delivery is. The quality of their product is very good, overall OTTO is one of the best.

It is trustworthy, the customer service is awesome ,even for us that dont know German.

I bought a mirror beginning of this year and I assumed the money came out of my bank account, like in all online shops I’ve ever used. I received some emails after a while asking me for money which looked like spam to me. After another while I received a letter from debt collectors and it sounded surreal to me. I then transferred the money to Otto, which they returned back to my bank account and the finance team never responded to my emails asking why it was returned. The more time followed the higher of course the debt was growing l, whilst I was waiting for answers from Otto finance team. I today ended up having to pay double the amount than the item I purchased was valued.
I got recommended by the customer service team to pay the amount to debt collectors and open a new Otto account.
Definitely not returning as a customer. Very sad it ended like this

The delivery was fast and they offer a lot of payment options.

They sent the furniture through Hermes. It says in the website they were supposed to deliver it to my apartment, but left the furniture downstairs and left, told me either I sign or send the furniture back. Awful. Never ordering from them as long as Hermes is their delivery partner. Complained but they did nothing about it. Sent an email too. But gave me a weird reply. Do not recommend anyone who does not speak German.

I tried to order a Nintendo Switch from Otto, as my first purchase experience with them. I live in Germany and have done for several years. I have no debts, but they keep cancelling my order right after it's made. I work full time. It's ridiculous. I just bought the Nintendo from Media Markt because it was literally instant and no hassle at all. Otto wasted my time.

We bought 2 iPhones from OTTO.de store and after a while we returned them using the return labels provided by OTTO.
After more than 1 month and half, they ignored all my emails, didn't want to help me and told me to just wait, that the devices are currently INSPECTED.
Well, almost after 2 months, I got an email from them saying that they got 2 empty boxes and that I won't get my money back.
When I ask them for pictures of the package, for proofs of what they received, they just ignore my emails. I tried to contact Hermes several times but no replies from them. Now I am without money and phones.
Oh, also Otto asked me for the receipt when you send the packages, I sent it to them and after that they started to ignore me again.
Scammers and scammers.

EDIT: I contacted kreditcenter for more than 30 times, 0 replies, nothing.

Even ashamed to give a single star, i opted Lastschrift payment and ended paying 270€ for a perfume worth 32€ shame on them for running such an insensible and useless service.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they came to my used .. you could still see dirty feet in it … i contacted the Costumer service and I got the option to get 5€ less in price for them or they can send new ones . I wanted that they send me a new pair but instead they decided to just give me refund and not reply anymore..

This platform is a Joke!!!!!!! They provide your information to all the car insurance companies and agents. Then your entire couple of days will be ruined. Multiple people will ask you to reconfirm everything once more. After all the hassle, the best deal I got was $800 more than my current car insurance bill for next six months.

I have been Years with Otto Gmbh and i can confirm that their service are number one in Germany.

I ordered a bergsteiger Cityrad Florenz bicycle as a gift for a friend’s birthday. My order was cancelled for no reason. I contacted their customer service who said that they don’t know either why the order was cancelled, and did nothing more to help. Useful.

The website did not let me order the bicycle again, so I had to ask a friend to attempt to make another order, which we did in a hurry because of time constraints. This time the order went through, but when the package arrived, it was missing multiple essential screws in order to build the bike!

After contacting their CS again, and additionally asking for a possibility for a discount, they asked for a photo (which is a useless request because whats the point of taking a photo showing items that don’t exist?). They completely ignored my request for a discount and said they will send the screws. We will see if something is missing again this time around.

I would highly recommend not to order from OTTO due to all the issues handling one simple order. Unreliable, careless and useless customer service.

After a week of preparations to buy complete furniture for my house, which is a big order I wanted to pay in installments. I went to pay, but it's showing me that there is no option to pay in installments( just 2 methods paypal and in advance), I tried to contact them but no answer!!! why do you write that we can pay in installments when this feature does not exist? Just a waste of time

El dia 5 de junio hice una compra y me dijeron que estaría en 24/48 horas. Estamos a día 19 y no sabemos nada no hay manera de contactar y los mensajes no los contestan. Al final me tendré que ir a denunciarles pero son muy listos xk el dinero es poca cantidad.
On June 5th I made a purchase and they told me it would be in 24/48 hours. We are on the 19th and we don't know anything, there is no way to contact us and the messages are not answered. In the end I will have to go and report them but they are very smart because the money is small.

I ordered a tablet and have been waiting for 5 weeks. Then they suddenly extended the delivery date for another 4 WEEKS without any explanation. Ridiculous company

Its now the 3rd time im gettng dissapointed by koucla Shop in Otto kindly avoid the koucla seller in Otto, she reduces the prices and when you order they cancel avoid koucla in Otto by all means.

I ordered Klemmmarkise for my balcony.
Its condition and functionality do not match the description on the website, and I have to return it.
Since this is a bulky product, Otto website states that it should be picked up free of charge by courier.
I contacted Otto and they offered a date (06.05.2024) for pickup. They don't give the exact time of pickup, so I had to wait at home all day (from 8 am to 8 pm).
No one picked up the item, so I contacted Otto again. They set a new date (10.05.2024), I had to stay at home all day again, and for the second time, no one picked up the product.
I contacted Otto again and they set another pickup date (13.05.2024). Because I cannot continue to wait at home every day for the goods to be picked up they offered to deliver the item (which weighs 12 kilograms and is almost 2 meters long) myself (although this is not stated on the website when ordering bulky product).
This is a terrible attitude towards the customer.
I requested a refund from Otto since it's not my fault as a customer that Otto doesn't pick up the product.

Update from 14.05.2024
After my comment here, Otto service offered to contact them.
I wrote to them, and they again promised that the courier would pick up the product on the agreed date of 13.05.2024. And already 3rd time no one picked up the product.
I have informed Otto about this and they are simply ignoring me.
In response to my request for a refund, Otto replied that they could not because they had not received the product back, but on 3 separate dates when they promised to pick up the product, they did not.

This is an awful service!
I do not recommend buying from Otto in any way.
