Questionable Customer Service
I sent them several inquiries about getting a portable cordless light. Nobody would help me. I sent them through the site, through Facebook and through email, not answer. So I got back to the site and look at them again. None of the lights show cords, so I read about them all. None of the descriptions say they are electric, so I buy a small one thinking it would be easy to take with me where I do not have electricity to plug into. Lo and behold it has a damn cord! I ask them to take it back, since I cannot use one with a cord. Now they decide to answer y inquiries?? They said they would, but they would not send me a label. They want me to pay for the return. I told them they advertised the lights without cords and none of the descriptions said they were electric. No doing, they said it did not mention on the ad that they were "battery powered" I told them in a reply back, and they did not mention they were electric either! Silence, Crickets. I hate them now!
