Very Dissapointed with Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. I contacted you twice by email regarding a scratch on my Versace glasses, both times within the warranty period, and I never received any response.
This situation is very frustrating and honestly upsetting. I would have expected at least some form of communication — a reply, an explanation, or even a small gesture such as a price accommodation. Instead, I was completely ignored.
I made the effort to write in English, even though I am a German customer, and it is very surprising and disappointing that I did not receive any feedback at all. This lack of professionalism and communication has seriously damaged my trust in your brand and service
