Otter and Moose is exceptional! What a find!

Otter and Moose is full of wonderful gifts, sourced from other small UK suppliers. Their products are beautiful and very affordable. Their customer service is second to none - I was able to change a couple of the items in a gift box I wanted to send for Mother's Day. Before ordering, I sent an email asking if this was possible and they responded within 30 minutes to say that it was and they'd be delighted to help. Yes! They were also able to add a hand-written gift message for me too and really do go the extra mile to produce a very special and personal gift box. With such exceptional service and delightful products, I wish them all the success in the World and I will definitely be purchasing from their website again.
