Otta offers the job seeker very focused attention, curatorial at times. For what appears AI driven at times, this is astounding! Onboarding (better phrase welcome) of a candidate is phenomenal, so focused and as though this was your best teacher who also became your friend.

The whole process is great. You get the whole personalized experience of job searching delivered straight to your inbox. No more munually going through the job boards. I love how "about the company" is summarized!
It saves so much time if you want a quick refresher of what the company is all about. It helps that the "Values" of the Company are also listed upfront. Otta helps take much of the muscle work out of researching companies.
It's been a really great experience and I have recommended my friends to look at Otta's job board as well.

Well I ended up with a job offer, so this already makes the app better than 90% of the alternatives.

I also appreciated the ux, and the fact that it was possible to narrow down company searches using critera such as 'tech for good' - something import to me in my search.

I highly recommend this application because most companies/HR are active regularly so you will get updated quickly. Also, their UX/UI are super easy to use. Moreover, you can see the salary chart that can also guide you for roles. I am satisfied!

Just pulling jobs from other sites.

Otta was my go-to when job hunting, I rarely used any other platform. The reason this was my preferred choice was due the relevancy of the jobs suggested to me, as well as the additional personalisation that could be added to job applications.

I would highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

Overall this is a good tool. Requests: an option to selected "rejected" from an application.

The snippets section should be removed. these kinds of items are usually on peoples resumes.

I have found this to be an excellent app to help categorise the locations and types of roles you are seeking.
I have a section looking for remote only roles, and preferences are great.
Only problem is I have to manually add in my work history details. Why can’t they be updated via CV upload.

Great companies and opportunities are listed on Otta with highly relevant and useful information. I would definitely use it again. Highly recommended!
