A few points about how we operate:
UK-wide coverage: We cover the whole United Kingdom. Where it’s outside our immediate fleet area, we use vetted, licensed partner operators and hold them to the same service, vehicle-capacity, and pricing standards as our own team.
Fares & vehicles: Prices are shown upfront and our form captures passengers and luggage so we can assign a suitable vehicle. If we ever send the wrong capacity, we arrange a remedy and review the fare.
Cancellations: We don’t charge customers for cancellations where we’re at fault; if we made an error, we put it right.
If your journey was with us, please send your booking reference, lead passenger name, pickup date/time, and the phone/email used to book via the contact form on otstaxi.com (or reply to your confirmation). We’ll investigate immediately and resolve any issue. If it turns out the booking was with another provider, we’ll still point you in the right direction.
