The customer service is extremely unhelpful. I ordered an item on a wrong address and they would refuse to cancel my order, because „they process orders so fast that they cant cancel them“. As background info - I wrote a cancellation email 20 minutes after my order. I only received a confirmation mail that my order was accepted on the next day.
I would never order here again.
