Have used OTP since 2018 . Jeff and the team are brilliant. Nothing too much. This year in early July did the Glacier Express. Jeff did all the organising and bookings. The apartment was superb. OTP are THE Swiss experts . Nothing was too much and Jeff provided a very bespoke personal service .

We decided on a summer visit to Zermatt this year and Jeff and OTP did a fantastic job - lovely spacious apartment with a view of the Matterhorn, meticulous travel support and great advice. The Glacier Express train, Totti bikes down the mountain and e-bikes exploring the area were all awesome - plenty to do and lovely sunny weather as well. Thank you

We had another amazing ski trip organised through OTP to Nendaz in Switzerland. We can't praise Jeff and Louis enough. We will definitely be going back next year.

Another excellent trip with OTP to Zermatt. From the moment we were met, at the station, to the final goodbye, 5 days later. Jeff and Matt were fantastic. The way we were looked after was simply superb. A truly splendid time again in the most wonderful ski locations in the Alps. Thank you OTP for the memory.

Our ski holidays with OTP have been nothing more than exceptional! From the moment we booked, their team provided outstanding customer service, ensuring ski hire, lift passes and restaurants that we wanted all booked in advance! They even recommend après-ski places tailored to what you like and it was all organized seamlessly.

Jeff and the team’s local knowledge was invaluable, and it felt like we had a personal guide throughout our stays, which we did, the lovely Rep Louis, who showed us the slopes and restaurants!

We never had to worry about anything, as OTP took care of all the logistics, leaving us to enjoy the stunning mountain views and incredible snow conditions. Even when travelling to/from the resort, they keep track of our trains and flights and message ahead with suggestions to avoid the inevitable panic! Every time we go out with OTP, holidays get better as they know what we like, so they book on our behalf, and nail it every time!
