I am a big skeptic against leasing but they changed my mind!
I am a big skeptic against leasing, but after consulting with Otovo and weighing out my options, I felt that leasing was the better approach for solar panels installation.
I contacted Otovo less than a month ago, and I was impressed by their prompt response. The customer service provided by their account manager, Ezra Coomans was exceptional. I can email him and I get a response if not immediately, atleast within 24 hours.
They had a consultative and efficient installation process. Signed a contract, after 14 days, I got the installation date and the installation itself, their partner was considerate about not making too many holes in the wall, and was so good as they tapped into an existing power supply I had in the 2nd floor storage closet. They went above and beyond, working late to ensure the project was completed on time. Something I know that Dutchies normally won't do!
I wholeheartedly recommend Otovo for their outstanding customer service and quick turnaround. Unlike other companies, I didn't have to wait for months to have solar panels installed, and the best part is that maintenance is included in their service, and now I can enjoy the long summer days and lower energy bills!
