I do not recommend this company, do not use if you want customer support.

Installation of the equipment was satisfactory but as soon as OTOVO have your money they will not help any further. I have had several issues with the system and their customer service is appalling. They will not send technicians out and rely on sending instructions by email to the client. It seems the only thing they are interested in doing is avoiding any responsibility for their equipment. Their communication is appalling and the most recent excuse was high demand in their help centre.

Very professional and reliable from the first contact. Especially good at explaining the more technical issues, which is nevessary for non-technical users/clients. Professional company for doing the installation, all done in one day. The app for overlooking the producrion and use is also very easy to use.

Great service!!

Great service!!
I recently bought my installation for my second residence in Spain and we are very pleasant with the result! From the sales agent (all explained in english) to the engineering and the installation process. We felt very secure and all our questions were answered fast over mail. As a foreigner I can honestly say that I felt in good hands throughout the whole process.

Otovo provided perfect service and high…

Otovo provided perfect service and high quality. Right after the fist request through their web page we had a personal contact who accompanied us throughout the entire project. And all in perfect English since our Spanish skills are limited. Otovo showed a lot of flexibility regards the offering and the timing. The quality of the installation was very good. Much better than electronics installation we had before in the house. After the installation we had an issue with the fuse switching off too often. Otovo fixed it very quickly. The transparency of the entire project was very high. All contacts were very friendly. We already love the system and enjoy our auto consumption a lot. We know the friends in Germany that the service there is much worse. Keep it up Otovo.

Very professional service

Very professional service from initial quote, carrying out the survey, obtaining permit and licence to the installation. The technicians installed the panels quickly and the electrical installation is very neat. Able to see the electricity generated and consumed easily using app on phone.

Found them very informative and answered queries quickly . Installation took a while as they were waiting for equipment, but finally was all completed in a day by very tidy and courteous workmen. So far so good 👍

Was very happy with the whole process

Was very happy with the whole process. Its always a litle nervous to buy a big system on the internet, but we never paid a single penny until a few days after installation was complete. Otovo helped by communicating with me in English throughout. The installation was clean, efficient and the work was good quality.
