Worst communication and customer service EVER! First flight had a 10 hour flight change that I was never notified about. Return flight also had a flight change where I landed 1/2 hour before connecting flight left! When I finally got to speak to a manager, was told he would check on things and return my call within 2 hours. It's not been 2 days without a call!
I am very disappointed and frustrated with the customer service. I booked a trip and immediately after was made aware by an individual in my party that the same flight (dates & times) was being offered by the airline directly for $125 cheaper per person (I booked 15 tickets). The Otis Travel website states "If you cancel any flight ticket you book through us is fully refundable within 24 Hours" and indicated to email or call them which I did right away. 12hrs later I am just know getting a call back and I am being told by Michele C. that the Terms & Conditions on their website are NOT TRUE and apparently this is a lie. She refused to provide me with a full refund and eventually when I pointed out wat the website states she said she MIGHT be able to give me a credit but that I would have to use it to book with them again within one year. How is this resolving the issue when I am still loosing out on that money. I simply asked if I could get the price match, I wasn't even asking for a full refund.
