I ordered some skincare from this company on November 10th 2023 but never received it. They are not legit so DO NOT order anything from them. Thankfully Fruugo UK gave me a full refund which I really appreciated.
I placed an order Wednesday July 28, 21 and have not heard anything. They have taken the $21.68 out my account but no shipping details, says unfulfilled but said had the item in stock. This company is not legit. I called and some young man answered and I was trying to ask questions and said I have the wrong number. Then called back and voicemail came on claiming to be this company OTC Shoppe Express. Please, please do not believe this site are cons and rip you off for money.
Good experience. Just needed some vitamins and it got to me fast. Price was okay. Shipping was quick. Overall good experience.
My order has been shipped to wrong address. No support offered. Not even a refund although the item has been returned to sender by the mail delivery company.
