Privately run so you can expect the best possible customer service and attention to detail when making transactions and trades.
For new customers, when confirming payment, make sure to honor the price action the trade is agreed at, as the exchange holds the cryptocurrency at that set price and will lose out if no payment is made / delayed payment. I did not know this when trading prior.
Overall, a great exchange and incredibly transparent!

I'm a total novice at this and have never sold Crypto before, but found the site so easy to use. The only thing I think might be of help is to have a step by step guide on the website of the process before starting to trade just to put your mind at rest that you are doing it correctly.
Saying that the online chat is very helpful and talks you through the process.
I would highly recommend OTC Crypto
