Good for my International Order!
Very pleasant experience! The website is easy to use and well displayed. I ordered a some large merchandise from here and had it shipped internationally to the United Kingdom. I was originally a little nervous as they used United States Postal Service for my item, but it came within a week with no damage.
Shipping was very expensive, however that was most definitely because of the size of the items I had picked. I will be using them again in the near future for some more merchandise soon. I recommend!

Successful Purchase, Great Shipping!
Though the site seems to be new, "Otaku Owlet" has thousands of good reviews on the site Mercari. This, combined with my desired figure being out of stock elsewhere, led to my purchase.
Not only did my figure arrive, it was perfectly intact with great packaging! Bubble wrap and air packets on all sides protected the box, which itself was wrapped neatly in more bubble wrap, with one extra sheet to protect the box window. And as promised, the preorder bonuses were included.
100% satisfied!
