I have been a platinum subscriber for 15 years and now for some reason want to cancel subscription. They have made it virtually impossible to cancel it. We can’t do it through the Application or online. Even the helpline is very difficult to get through. They are trained to defy our requests to cancel and say someone from call center will call you back and they never do.

This platform couldn’t get worse. At the beginning, I was excited because it included many programs I like, such as medical programs. However, to my shock, important parts were cut out, and I can’t see the before-and-after results. At the same time, other TV series with 18+ scenes are shown fully without any cuts. In some other programs, scenes are blurred as well.
There are also some issues with video quality. Very often, the resolution becomes extremely poor. The video controls sometimes disappear suddenly, and I can’t bring them back unless I refresh the screen repeatedly. In some cases, I was also unable to play programs and received an error message saying there was a problem.
And what is going on with the advertisements?! This is not a free service. I’m paying for a subscription. I have canceled my subscription with this platform and went back to my old platform, which has fewer interesting programs but at least has no bugs, no ads, stable resolution, and full scenes with no cuts.

I’ve had a very bad experience with OSN+. My subscription problem has still not been solved after many messages with their support team. They kept asking me questions again and again instead of fixing the issue.

Even worse, they tried to charge my account automatically for the monthly subscription while the problem was still unresolved. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I expected better service and faster solutions from a company like OSN+. I do not recommend OSN+ until they improve their customer support and respect their customers.

I’m extremely disappointed with OSN+ AE. They auto-renewed my subscription without my consent and charged me almost 1.5 times more than the original subscription—again, with no prior notice or approval. I contacted them within 2 hours of the unauthorized renewal, yet they still refused to cancel or refund the charge, citing an arbitrary 48-hour policy I was never made aware of.

This is a deceptive and unethical practice. Avoid OSN+
