It has been a month since I ordered…

It has been a month since I ordered "Outdoor 3D Cat Dog Bandana Half Face Warmer Neck Gaiter Face Shield Bike Ski Hiking Cycling Sport Balaclava Scarf Men Women - 18". They said they processed my order and I would receive a shipping notice. I never received a shipping notice. I contacted them on their website as to my shipping tracking number. They never responded. There is an outside chance Covid has interfered with their company functions. I am hoping that's the case rather than that they're a scumbag scam company.

I’m still waiting...

I’m still waiting on a trench coat I ordered a month ago. It was supposed to arrive September 7-11 but they haven’t even sent a shipping confirmation. I spent a lot of money on that jacket and I would at least like to know for certain that it isn’t going to show. And as a note to the company please just admit you scammed me you can keep my money I don’t care about that I just want my jacket.

Wish there was 0 stars. Horrible company, shady AF. They will send a partial order with the cheapest item you ordered and claim they sent your order. If you try to communicate they will just keep sending you the tracking number but won't address the fact you didn't get all your items. Stay away!
