Additional feedback: The refund for the packages has finally been processed, although the delay seems long since it took a month after receiving the return. Nevertheless, the interactions were satisfactory.

Attentive service
Although some items were missing in the first delivery the service staff was very friendly and responsive, sending us the missing parts free of charge within a couple of days. They even contacted us again to make sure that everything was ok.

items I bought were not to my liking I may return them. I thought they were very difficult to use. This is the item that goes around the tree. I thought the design was poor. I can't figure it out.

Super effective at keeping my cat from escaping!
It took a couple of tries for me to figure out the right configuration that my cat couldn’t make it over, but once I got it the rollers have been the best solution I’ve tried at keeping her from escaping my yard!

Missing/damaged parts
I just received an order that had 3 damaged paddles. In my first order, I ordered 200' of the product. There was not enough of the plastic parts to install the entire paddles that I ordered. The company has still not sent the missing parts and the order was placed 2/20/2025, today is 4/2/2025. Very bad customer service. No way to get in touch with anyone except for email.

Cat paddles
Cat paddles, a great Idea for a neat and tidy look to your fence as I am in a retirement village. We have metal fencing and this was the best solution for us. the video on how it work was informative and made our decision easy. It was easy to book on line and the delivery was reasonably quick as they are in Qld and I am near Melbourne they seem easy to put on your fence with a bit of help. great instructions on line.

These animals are typically very agile and can find alternative routes using trees, roofs, pergolas, or sheds to enter and exit yards.

Fantastic product
Fantastic product. Have tried everything to keep my cats safe in my garden but nothing worked until I installed the Iscillot fencing system. Its really easy to install & it blends in with the fence panels & most importantly it works. My houdini cats have not been able to escape over the fence anymore. My questions before I ordered were answered promptly & the delivery was quick. Really pleased & would recommend.

We thought we had made a huge mistake…
We thought we had made a huge mistake in assuming that you were a Canadian company (with a Canadian internet address) - we started to receive e-mail saying we were to pay in USD and another that the package was coming from Hong Kong. That made us concerned that the product would be a disappointing Chinese product. Then it became clear by tracking the product that it was coming from the US. May I remind you that we are in an economic war with the US and we are being threatened with annexation by a deranged US 'president'. So we are sensitive about relations with the US. Then this latest e-mail arrived and said this product was made in Australia - one of our Commonwealth partners. That clarity would have been appreciated in earlier e-mail.
Now looking forward to getting the cat deterrent up on the fence....

Mounting the posts into brackets for a vinyl fence
Further notes to your engineering people: for a vinyl fence bracket installation, using a vice, I have had to open the angle of the bracket in order to screw the posts to the bracket due to inadequate clearance. I have been to all USA hardware suppliers and could not find a rachet to fit in the space. But it's all good. Needs a design change.
