What fantastic personal service you get from Bernie. I received my goods very quickly and all were very beautifully wrapped. Bernie let me know that my Oak Egg Nest was coming direct to me from its maker which was very thoughtful. I was so pleased with everything that I had purchased and recommend this lovely business to you all. The pink and the blue mugs were particularly my favourites.

Fabulous products and service
I discovered Oscar & Tilly in November and have placed several orders since as I’ve fallen in love with their products. The candles and Reed diffusers are such great quality especially. Bernie is super helpful, the products are great quality, always well packed, always delivered promptly. I’m especially happy I’m spending my money with a small family business rather than a big corporate. In my opinion, the quality is better than The White Company.

A beautiful glass Christmas ornament…
A beautiful glass Christmas ornament which was quite expensive was delivered just wrapped in a bit of bubble wrap. I thought it would be sent in a little gift box or even a pouch. Not presented very well

Hi Linzey, I am so sorry you felt this way about our packaging, that is one area we do not fail in as you can see in our reviews. The item had to be wrapped with bubble wrap as it was glass. It was then wrapped with tissue paper and then placed in a box with peanunts. There are certain items that have to be wrapped like this and this one was one of them. We did not get any pouches with the tree ornament, maybe this we should have thought of but that would have added to the price of the item, which you state was already expensive. As a purchaser, I would rather special material items get to me safely than take a risk and put them into something they could break in. We have nearly sold out of these and no one else has commented on the packaging, and sure they would feel like me, rather they get to me safe.
