I can’t recommend Osbornes highly enough. Very helpful and accommodating staff, very experienced and thorough with packing the day before and unloading on the day. Our recent move went very smoothly, many thanks to the whole team.

We recently used Osborne Removals for the second time to relocate our company office, and once again, the entire experience was outstanding. The process couldn’t have been more seamless - from my initial enquiry right through to the final move.
Deborah was incredibly accommodating to all of our needs and requests, making what could have been a stressful process feel completely manageable. On the day, the moving team arrived promptly, assisted with packing, and truly went above and beyond what was expected. Their professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help made a huge difference.
I honestly couldn’t recommend Osborne Removals highly enough - it's hard to imagine there’s anyone better in the business for this kind of job.

Mark and his team were amazing. They were cheerful, helpful, flexible and understanding. They made the process as stress free as it can be. Debs was also great from the initial quote to regular ongoing communication. I would definitely recommend Osbornes.

Any removals we ever do, we always go with Osborne’s. Professional, reliable, always spot on.

Everyone was friendly at Osbornes from the lady that answered the telephone, to the lady that assessed the job to the guys that did the move. Nothing was too much trouble, and everything was done efficiently and with minimum fuss

The staff were all really lovely and helpful with the whole process, from the quote to the actual removal. The staff were really kind and had great attitude. They made sure that every room in the new house was set up with a furniture in the right place. They looked after everything and made it really easy and stressless, especially as we had a young baby and toddler in the mix. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be using them again in the future.

Excellent service from initial approach to the unpacking of the last item. Four guys turned up just before 9am and they left me in my new place by 1pm. Very friendly and made sure everything was in the right room before they left!

The crew were such a great bunch of guys. Very professional, courteous and funny. They took any concerns or stress away. I would highly recommend them!

Not every was as expected. A few areas listed needed attention
1. Labelling was on the top, inconvenient. when stacked.
2. Reassembling the mirror wardrobe has not been perfect; it is still somehow unusable.
3. The perishable and non-perishable foodstuffs are packed in the kitchen. marked utancil
4. Removal people were helpful and courteous, no doubt

Had excellent communication with office from start to finish when planning everything. The lads on the job were brilliant and no ask was to small, even though it took a long time to unload all our stuff!

I can highly recommend Osbornes for their packing, removals and their on-site storage services. I recently moved house and they were really great. All the team were very helpful and caring, and they helped to make an intrinsically stressful experience as painless as it possibly could have been. The packing service was excellent, they were super efficient at dealing with everything, including various items that I was worried about moving from A to B. Nothing was a problem or too much trouble for them during the packing process and on the removal day. Congratulations to Deborah and Michelle in the office and Stewart and all the team who did all the packing and all the hard work on removal day. I would not hesitate to use them again. As well as providing a great service from start to finish, their costs were competitive too. All in all, I'm happy to recommend them if you need a great removals service.

I have used Osbornes Removals for many years and have always been very satisfied with their service.

The removals team arrived on time andwere careful, helpful, very experienced I handling our stuff. They gave us confidence that our equipment would arrive safely and be relocated in good working order.

The guys were charming and nothing was too much trouble for them.

All my friends said to me why aren’t you using a North Manchester removal company to assist with your mum’s move a mile down the road in North Manchester. The reason is South Manchester Osbornes had come highly recommended by a neighbour of mine.
Debs came round to provide my brother and I with a quote nothing was too much trouble for her and we didn’t even bother researching another quote. On the moving day Mark (the owner) and his son and the team were absolutely phenomenal. Literally every cup, saucer, plate was wrapped up in paper so carefully. Clothes were lifted into portable cupboards.
This is a first class organisation who take pride in their work and their customer service and politeness is just so refreshing. You don’t find this high level of customer service anymore with these multiconglomerate organisations!
All mum’s boxes more than 50 of them were moved to her new residence.
My brother and I exhaustedly unpacked over 12 boxes. Our challenge was that mum had lived at the house over 50 years and had a lot of stuff and since my amazing father passed away 2 years ago mum hadn’t wanted to sort through anything before moving and being our gorgeous mummy we couldn’t force nor gently encourage her to do this exercise.
I had spoken to Mark the owner and Debs the efficient office manager to investigate if there was any remote chance one of the guys could come over and assist with unpacking the remaining 50 or so boxes at mum’s new residence. Stewart came over 10 days later and was such a great help. He assisted my partner Anthony with taking stuff down in the lift so Anthony could take it to the tip. Probably 60% of the contents of the boxes went to the tip. Stewart folded all the 50 or so boxes to be returned to Osbornes and the wrapping paper. The big move would never in a million years have gone so smoothly if it wasn’t for phenomenal Osbournes. Don’t even contemplate looking for another removal company!!!

The day went very smoothly. Friendly and efficient staff moved our belongings onto and off the van without problems. Would be happy to use Osborne's again if we were ever to move back into the area.

Really helpful efficient office staff. Removal day was stress free as the removal men were super helpful, friendly and polite.
