ROAM was absolutely wonderful planning and coordinating our honeymoon in Costa Rica! From the very start, Adrienne took the time to listen to our preferences and design a perfect experience that felt very personal to what we wanted. She was easy to get in touch with and flexible when we had (many) changes before the trip took place. While in Costa Rica, I had a medical emergency and Adrienne worked closely with us to book extra nights and rearrange transport. It was extremely helpful to have all of our in-country transportation arranged for excursions and travel. She was quick to respond and helpful throughout our entire trip. We are so thankful we choose ROAM Wild Travel Co. for our honeymoon!

Adrienne and her team were absolutely amazing crafting the perfect honeymoon for us. They had every detail from dinners, to transportation, to gorgeous locations handled to make our time stress free. We would absolutely recommend their services to any couple wanting to either go on a honeymoon or just to have an amazing vacation

I still can't believe how incredibly well planned our honeymoon was. Everything went exactly as planned. We got picked up to go places about 7-10 times and every simple time the pick up car/bus/taxi was on-time or early. Everything went exactly as planned. We had the most beautiful honeymoon ever. I would recommend ROAM to anyone.

The only negative I want to highlight is that some of the transportation durations were off. It took us over 6 hrs to get from Manuel Antonio to La Fortuna when our itinerary said 3.5 hrs. Same for the day we went white water rafting. Our itinerary said we would be back at the hotel by 1PM but we didn't get back until 7:30 PM. Regardless, I would do it all over again, I would not change anything, it was perfect, just ask for better traveling expectations.

Such a great experience. It is so hard to trust a Google search these days, but Adrienne was great! She was quick to respond to emails and texts. I was doing enough planning for my wedding, and did not want to plan our honeymoon. So I left it in Adrienne’s hands. She found us high end honeymoon suites in Costa Rica, and days full of adventure. She was detail oriented and complete. She gave us multiple possible itineraries to fit our budget to choose from. There were a couple time discrepancies on our final itinerary once we arrived, but nothing that was a major problem. And even better, it did not cost us anything to have her help us out. Would definitely book with them again!

The overall experience was awesome. The accomodations were top class. The accomodations were beautiful and the activities such as: zip lining, hiking, hot springs, were extremely memorable.

If I could have changed anything it would be to look in to your hotels before you book them. One of our hotels was absolutely gorgeous but was all the way up quite a steep hill, which made walking up and down pretty tiring.
It was a great experience and I do plan on hitting them up again for future trips.

Adrienne was beyond helpful the entire planning process. She put together an absolutly incredible itinerary and had us at some fantastic hotels for our stay. We had the time of our lives in belize. Cant wait for our next trip.

Our whole trip was customized to meet our needs and budget. All of the hotels, transportation, and adventures were safe, clean, and of high quality. They made our honeymoon stress free!! ROAM is excellent at answering in a timely manner any questions you may have and goes out of their way to ensure the best trip possible!! I can't wait to plan our next trip with them!!

I recently used ROAM Wild Travel for a getaway to Isla Palenque off Panama, at the recommendation of Adrienne. I must say, what a unique wonderful experience it was!! When I contacted Adrienne about a trip to Belize, she came back to me with 2 additional suggestions to consider. We chose Panama. I let her select everything based on our budget and she did not disappoint. She planned every detail down to our private transportation & covid tests to get back into the US, and it all went off without a hitch. She was always available via phone or text to answer any questions or concerns that I had and was very quick to respond with answers needed.

The Hotel in Panama City, The American Trade Hotel in Casca Viejo, was BEAUTIFUL, with excellent service. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. They even made sure we had boxed breakfasts for our ride to the airport.

Isla Palenque was our next venture and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this very special place. Other than the rain and cloudy weather, our stay there will be remembered as one of my most special vacations. The Casita's were amazing in every way down to every detail, such as book lights for reading at night, baskets of snacks for us when the restaurant wasn't open, several cannisters of water in the fridge... This place made sure you were comfortable at all times! Adrienne arranged for us to have any activity that we wanted each day we were there, which you could plan daily. She arranged for us to have all of our meals included, which I might add were amazing! The food at their restaurant was top notch and would rival many fine restaurants in the States. And the staff at Palenque... I cannot say enough good things about how awesome these people were. They were the most professional, informed, friendly and accommodating group of young men and women that I have ever experienced. We hated to leave, as we knew we would truly miss them.

All in all, Adrienne helped to plan and bring a most special vacation to life and we were very thankful that we utilized ROAM travel. Every detail was thought of and planned out for us. I would highly recommend going through them when traveling to Central America!

We couldn't be more grateful for the assistance of Adrienne and ROAM! From initial timely contact, planning our dream honeymoon when we didn't have a clear idea of where we wanted to go or what we wanted to do, to pre-trip preparation and even real time help while we were away, we couldn't have had our perfect honeymoon without them. Every location, hotel, and activity were better than expected and we wouldn't have changed a thing. Stop looking for someone else to help you plan your trip and book with ROAM RIGHT NOW. Can't imagine anyone else who would invest so personally and put so much time and effort towards helping you with your trip. Also Costa Rica and everything about it was incredible! And when you're unsure if you really want to go waterfall repelling or not - go. Trust me.

She worked with us to ensure our honeymoon was within our budget and met our expectations. She was very knowledgeable on Costa Rica and helped to ensure we stayed at memorable hotels, had unique experiences, and got to where we needed to be effectively and safely. It was my first time working with a travel agent as normally I research my trips/budget travel but with everything that goes with planning a wedding figuring out travel in Central America was just not on our list of things to do. She handled everything and made the process so easy and memorable. I am not sure when our next trip to Costa Rica will be but we will be sure to book with ROAM in the future and highly recommend that others capitalize on their services.

It was so nice and relaxing to not have to plan an entire romantic honeymoon after planning an entire backyard wedding. Adrienne planned the entire trip exactly how we wanted it with a balance of relaxation and adventure. Even with covid being an obstacle, she communicated immediately of any changes that needed to be made and had different options of solutions ready for us. She was readily available for any questions that we had, even while in Costa Rica. We simply cannot thank Adrienne enough for creating such a memorable and incredible honeymoon experience for us. We loved working with ROAM to plan our honeymoon trip to Costa Rica! Adrienne was so great to work with, very responsive to any questions we had both in planning and during our trip. It was so nice to have the majority of our adventure planned out and all set with ROAM from accomodations to transports and activities. It would be useful to have the names of each activity/organization included in your itineraries, since some of our resorts asked us, and could call the company to make sure they knew exactly where to pick us up. You definitely won't regret planning your trips with ROAM!

We had the best Honeymoon thanks to Adrienne from roam wild travel! We had changed our dates several times due to covid and she was always available and kind to us! Wouldn’t change anything from our trip!

Our experience was very unique in that the COVID-19 pandemic changed out initial trip. Adrienne was very understanding and helpful in getting our dates shifted to a year later when travel restrictions opened up again. We were happy and impressed with the resorts and excursions that were picked. Our trip allowed us to see all over the country which was fun since it was our first time visiting.

My only criticism was that I wish our itinerary included more information such as who the excursions were with, because our hotels asked us a few times and we had to contact Adrienne to find out. Not a big deal, but I’m a planner and like having that information handy.

Otherwise, Adrienne was responsive during our trip in case we needed anything!

We had to postpone our honeymoon from last May 2020! We were supposed to go to Nicaragua for a 10 day adventure at two different resorts. Unfortunately we couldn’t fly into Nicaragua and one of the resorts closed. Adrienne did research and figured out a way for us to still go on our honeymoon to Nicaragua and get us some of our money back so that we could stay at another resort in Costa Rica!!! Wow...she pulled it off!! Even though Moregan‘s rock was challenging to get to with Covid it was worth it all. The most beautiful resort I’ve ever stayed at(were traveled all around the world)! Adrienne had everything set up from transfers to activity is two dinners and romantic candlelit dinner.
We had five days in Nicaragua and 5 days in Costa Rica. It wasn’t a amazing honeymoon relaxing, adventurous, and romantic.
Adrian blew it out of the water taken care of everything from cancellations moving us to different resorts because of Covid I am so thankful that we had her and Roam Wild Travel company to help us navigate the crazy Covid situations and have a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Roam Wild Travel for any kind of trip from honeymoon to family adventures.

I can't honestly put into words how great our Costa Rica trip was! Adrienne was right there from the planning to the execution of the trip. Communication was prompt, and even though we literally got back from our trip this morning, not a single aspect of our trip experienced a hitch. Every single part of the trip was planned, and even with the modification from the outbreak, we still had a great time. Plenty of memorable moments to last a lifetime. It was worth every penny, the hotels we stayed in were immaculate, the service was impeccable, the food was truly 5 diamond delicious, and all the properties she works with are even better in person (Grano de Oro, Casa Chameleon, and Nayara). She customized our trip to suit our wants and needs to a T. Thank you so much, we will definitely be sending everyone we know your way.
