The clothing quality was decent and my order arrived on time, which I appreciated. However, the sizing was inconsistent, and returning one of the items was more of a hassle than it should have been. Customer service responded, but it took a few days. Overall, an average experience — not bad, but not great either.
I bought a Lacoste sneakers that I returned. The order arrived at the return address in Valladolid on August 20th (I sent the track number, which confirms the receipt of the package at 12:44 pm, by the employee Diego). On August 27th, I inquired by e-mail about the fact that I had not received any courtesy email informing me of the receipt of the package, nor the refund of the money. I receive a response from a help center employee (Airam) saying that they have not received any information about the receipt of the order. I responded by saying that this only demonstrates how “incompetent, disastrous and disorganized” the store is. She replied saying that she does not accept disrespect. Dear, what about YOUR lack of respect for the customer? Any RESPECTFUL store with good customer service confirms the receipt of an order for return on the same day, or at most the next day.
So if Osabina store decides to make us wait several weeks to confirm the receipt of the order, the customer must wait?! Are there no deadlines to respect?!
And finally let me tell you the reason why I returned the Lacoste sneakers: they cost 80,50€ on the Osabina website and on the brand's own website they cost €69 (this Store is a real joke). Before he order was sent I tried to cancel the purchase and explained this same fact to the store, which only deigned to respond (response received by the same employee Airam) after they sent the order (a maneuver to avoid canceling it). The order wasn't even supposed to be received, but as I sent it to my company, my employees mistakenly accepted it.
It goes without saying that I will never order from this store again (it's a real danger) and that if I don't receive my money very soon, I'll report it to the law enforcement authorities for fraud
It's my first time using Osabina and they didn't let me down, item was a good price it arrived within the time they said it would, item was packed well. Would definately use this company again
My best advise: keep away from this shop. Bought a jacket from Spain and received one with Us taille (twice the measures expected). Absolutely no infos about the clothe would not come with european measure on the site (site wich was in italian). Any help for returning the item Totally unpolite customer service.
I ordered eyeglasses for the first time here, and get the parcel in 2 days, the price it is cheaper than many shop, every thing good but I give 4 star because the package is a plastic bag , so lucky that the eyeglasses box doesn’t damage
