At this moment, three orders I made, three orders I have recieve easily and very well packaged/protected.
Payment process for your pre-orders is easy and they send you and reminder email with all the information.
I cannot give my opinión regarding to troubleshooting because I have not have any problem, what is cool too.
Of course, I am going to continuos buying from here!

I recently ordered a figure from ORZGK and had a very positive experience. I was kept informed throughout the entire process by Jenny, who was very helpful and responsive.

I’m very satisfied with the customer service. The figure arrived quickly, was extremely well packaged, and was received in perfect condition.

I pre-ordered a Figure from OrzGK. Allen and his team supported me through the ordering process and kept me up to date with the progress. The prices very competitive. It has been a long journey since I have ordered my figure back in 2024 and finally it arrived at my door yesterday. Thank you Allen for following up with the manufacturer for me making sure my order was fulfilled. He always answered my questions promptly and got back to me every time reassuring me with my order despite the long production time. The ordering process was simple and easy. Payment was clear and delivery was speedy too after production and payment. I will order it from OrzGK again.

This was the second time i have ordered an item from this store.
Both the ordering and the delivery process was smooth and the Figures arrived in a good condition.

The customer Service (in this case Allen) replied in a timely fashion and was very friendly/open torward questions, which only helped create a good customer Experience.

Best delivery options, good prices.

My experience with OrzGK has been very satisfying and my expectations were easily met. As an avid figure collector, OrzGK has a large catalog and features favorable artists and original characters so there's something for everybody. The communication was punctual and clear during the purchase and delivery process of one of my first figures ordered from the website. My agent Ella provided very good service.

Got some items that would release on different dates and they let me wait for them to be delivered at the same time.

Assistant Ella on WhatsApp is great, will respond fast to your questions.

I'm new to figure buying so I was a little nervous ordering a semi expensive figure, especially a pre-order for several months in the future. I have to say great service from Allen, I got the figure with no issues, and everything was great. It was packaged well, nothing was broken, and it looks great I am 100% ordering again.

I made my first order with OrzGK and the experience was great. My assistant was Allen and he did an awesome job guiding me through the process and sending me all the necessary info about my order. I can confirm he's a great assistant. My statue arrived in perfect condition, so I'm very happy. Thank you so much!

I received several statues; one of them arrived broken. Allen provided excellent follow-up and support throughout the entire process, from shipping the parts to handling the after-sales service.

The model that I ordered from this site came in perfectly fine. I also communicated with the assistant Allen and he was very approachable.

For my last and final order with this company, I ordered 6 figure sets.
I am going to generalize the names a bit for privacy reasons; Pokemon Evolution Group (Shiny color, Matte), Pokemon Evolution Group (Shiny color, Flocked), Pokemon Evolution Group (Normal color, Matte), Pokemon Evolution Group (Normal color, Flocked), Team Rocket Figurine Set (Normal), Team Rocket Figurine Set (Blue).

I was contacted months after my purchase that the Team Rocket Figurine Set in both colors could not be procured. I was asked if I wanted a refund and accepted the refund which they did send. On Feb 2026 I was alerted the other items were ready to be shipped; I paid for shipping and waited.

May 2026 comes around and the items arrive with the Evolution set all missing a specific figure AND one Evolution set being completely missing. I reached out to the company about this and they noted they would look into it.

Days later they tell me the figurine was not included and they had to ask the manufacturer what was even included in my order. I looked on their website and noticed the canceled Team Rocket Figurines were listed as in stock; despite them claiming they could not find any for my order. This company is clearly having issues with properly keeping track of their own stock.
When I pointed out the product page for the Evolution Group Figures did not state this item was not included; they claimed the image (which was in Chinese, which nobody using their service can read) said "Any amount of this figurine can be purchased". This does not clarify the issue that their description, in English, did not note that this item had to be bought separately from an item literally called "Pokemon Evolution Group".

They refused to give me a refund for the missing figures, and when I pointed out one of my figurine sets was completely missing they dragged their feet and told me I had to wait 14+ days for a refund. When I contacted them later about the refund, they had the audacity to send it to me via Paypal in a way where I was charged a payment processing fee; so I got LESS than what was supposed to be refunded.
I am realizing now the long refund wait time (14+ days) was to bait out Paypal's time limit as to when you can ask for a refund for an entire order (At this point they really should have refunded the entire thing due to all the missing, miscommunicated figures & other issues). This company is dishonest, cannot even refund customers properly, is not keeping track of what they are selling, and overall was a pain to deal with.

Anyone else interested in importing from them should do so somewhere else.

Had a great experience with them. Good communication from the staff and my package arrived safely and quickly.

Ordered a couple figures through them, one of which was in stock at the time of purchase, the other pending production; I received the in-stock figure with no issues (timely, carefully packed); the in-production figure remains in limbo; the store listing mentioned the estimated completion time to be around Q1 of 2026; by late March, I hadn't heard anything, but I wanted to give some extra time in case there may have been a delay in completion; by the time the end of June (end of Q2 2026) came around, I had still not heard back regarding the state of the second figure. I reached out to inquire about the status on 7/19 and 7/27, trying to determine if they were ready to ship out, or if they still needed more time to complete the figure. As of 8/6, still have not heard back at all.

My shipment arrived on the time that was promised, in amazingly great condition, and with no problems at all! Allen was amazingly good at handling the process and was up-front, concise, and very professional. Thank you for your hard work Allen!
