Really happy with the products and support

I’ve been using their products for a while now and I’m really happy with them. The quality feels consistent and I genuinely enjoy using them day to day.

What stood out to me the most is the support team. Anytime I had a question or a small issue, they got back to me quickly and sorted everything out without any hassle.

Overall, it’s been a very positive experience so far. I would definitely recommend.

Order not received, no response from CS

I’m in Scotland. I ordered liposomal iron 17 days ago and got no confirmation of dispatch. Emailed and got no response which is shocking customer service. I now see others have had this experience. What is going on? I expect a reply ASAP, and will remove the one star if I am sent and receive my order immediately following this. If it’s still up as-is, I haven’t received it.

Edit: I have changed from 1 star to 3 for the following reasons:

- Since posting this, I have received an email explaining and apologising for the issue and offering a generous goodwill gesture
- I have now received a full refund for my undelivered order that I had paid for
- I had a previous order with the company which I had received without a problem and was happy with the service

The reason I have not given higher:

- Companies should be pro-active when they notice issues have occurred after taking customer payment
- Customers should not have to prompt companies into taking action by writing reviews - this is not the consumers job

I am satisfied with the outcome and the response now received. If I order again, I will give a review that reflects only whatever service I receive in the future. Thank you.

Absolutely awful ORZAX? More like ORFUL!

Absolutely awful! I ordered milk thistle from the Orzax UK website but received no confirmation of dispatch, etc.
I emailed their support address but got no reply.
At this point, I had bought product elsewhere, which came quickly.
Still no reply from Orzax and no means of getting a refund.
Then (lo and behold!) 6 WEEKS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER, the product was dispatched! WTF??
I emailed Orzax again, asking for an explanation and full refund but I am doubtful that I will hear back.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The worst service that I have EVER received!

AVOID

AVOID! Would not recommend. Terrible customer service. Placed and payed for an order on the 24th June. Its now the 3rd July and still no delivery. I emailed them on the 1st July and no response. Have now started a dispute through my bank to get a refund.
