the sizing for the madras plaid pant (even though it said XS was my correct size) is a bit tighter than anticipated. The other pant (which I ordered in S) was perfect. It is loose like indicated.

Disappointing experience

The order took many weeks to come. Was made in China according to the tag.
Sizing chart was wrong, so pants are to large. The white shirt I ordered has a black spot right in the front.
I asked for a full return and was offered a $20 credit and keep the clothes I can’t wear.

Everytime I call to customer service…

Everytime I call to customer service phone number, it goes always to an answer machine which tells me to leave a message. I'm given 3 stars, for this reason. For the reason of how difficult it is to contact support Customer Service for me to exchange an item for another one, I would give 1 star.

I am very disappointed to see that the two items I have ordered and received are different from the photos on your website : different and worst manifacturing (in both items neck manifacturing completely different), different and worst colours and design.
