I’ve ordered two KTM RCR 990 bikes and am still awaiting delivery. Ordinarily, this is the point where communication drops off and excuses about the supply chain start to surface often ending with strained relations.

That hasn’t been the case at all with Orwell. Jack, in particular, has been excellent: consistently communicative, transparent about the process, and clearly sharing the same frustrations rather than hiding behind them.

Of course I want the bikes, but when you’re dealing with a dealer this straightforward and decent, patience is the only reasonable response. I can’t fault the experience.

I’d highly recommend Orwell every aspect of the business has been easy, fair, and professional to deal with.

Once again I’ve returned to Orwell motorcycles to purchase another MotorBike, and once again the service from the sales, parts and service team including the delivery service has been excellent, I can highly recommend them as a caring and professional company, you are made to feel welcome and the atmosphere within the dealership is what makes me keep going back.. well done And thanks Orwell Motorcycles

I just bought a new bike on ebay from Orwell Motorcycles. The price was good and Mark in sales was very helpful and kept me constantly updated about timing and delivery etc as well as sending me photos of the built bike. They also kindly fitted some extras for me as part of the build. The bike is with the courier on its way and I have to say the Orwell were excellent throughout. I would happily recommend these guys for a new bike.
