Crap from China…. Do not use this website … thought it was an Irish company… scammers

DREADFUL RUBBISH, not fit for purpose. Hand brace is actually laughable it is so bad. Unfortunately i was scammed by Chinese company. Took AGES to arrive. Lesson learned. DO NOT waste your hard earned cash ordering from these scammers.

After the purchase, I discovered that the seller is misleading customers.
The website appeared to be a local store, but the item is shipped from China and this was not clearly disclosed.
they arecheater he buys the shoes from China very cheap for 10 euro bad quality and sells them here my country at very high prices.

These are all over the world
Ortorex.be, Ortorex.nl, Ortorex.de, Ortorex.se etc.. etc..
But they are from Poland, named WEBOCADO PL Z O O, Pfff of course , scammers.
DO NOT BUY AS ALL THE YOU GET IS CRAP FROM CHINA!!!!

Either a scam or worse company ever. Placed an order around 6 weeks ago now, still no sign of it. Iv request a refund and they said no not before 60 days of not having received it, crazy. Customer service is appalling. Do not order from them.

Ordered few things... Well ...quality of it not very good.. . However, despite it come from china, was delivered before estimated day, within just a few days...
Will I order again? No!
Can't put 1 star because it is not that bad, so as I can't put 5 stars as it is not that good...

One month waiting, still nothing. They don’t want to give me a refund yet because it was shipped.
Scammers they never explained the product it’s coming from china

They didn't deliver the package, after it took more than 1 month for the so called "delivery" which never came. The status updated that it was delivered, but I never received anything. Tried to contact them, no answer after 2 weeks. SCAMMER WEBSITE!

Ordered a pillow and a few pairs of shoes, sandals. All pure shit from China! Company ment to be in Dublin but all products were delivered from China so delivery took a long time! Also no communication! And the worst part is that you can’t leave a bad review on their product!!! - it says that you didn’t go through recapcha which is even exempt on the website! SCAM!

My honest experience with Ortorex is as follows:
POSITIVES
A. Excellent Customer Service communication. 2 email inquiries that I sent sent were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
B. Products purchased were as expected and of a quality relevant to the purchase price.
NEGATIVES
C.Agree with some comments here regarding ongoing lack of information about initial shipment and tracking. This was promptly resolved however by a prompt response to one of my emails as mentioned above.
RECOMMENDATION TO ORTOREX
The communication gap in tracking information which I did experience
should be reviewed. Ortorex might consider closely monitoring their products journey and handling agent transfer process for delays or issues with delivery. Prompt communication is essential. Most customers just want to know that there product/s have not been lost somewhere and though delayed, they will receive them eventually.
Ortorex customer service communication were excellent in their efficiency and advice to me in my second email even though it was potentially outside their remit.
Finally, I would use Ortorex again as they did respond and resolve to my concerns in timely manner. Prompt communication with customer concerns and queries is key as with all on line purchases issues can and will always exist.

I'm very satisfied with the back posture corrector strap. Simple, inexpensive, comfortable and adjustable across the back. Delivery was two or three weeks, but the small package might have got misplaced in the post.

Disgraceful scammers! It says they are based in Dublin so I expected to receive the parcel within 2 working days. Now it says it was posted from China. Shameless unprofessional bunch of scammers!! Do not order from them

Another crappy pop-up shop pretending to be based in Ireland. Selling cheap sh*t from China, that can be purchased on Amazon for the fraction of price. Long delivery time (stuff posted from China),poor quality products, absolutely not worth its price.

Misleading, this is NOT an irish business. All products ship from China, EU quality and standards do not apply here to any goods purchased. Buyer beware!

They are not national products, this site only serves to deceive you and resell cheap products from China, you can find the same products on Shein for 1/5 of the price, the products are shipped directly from China to Ireland and take longer than they should, the reviews on the site are fake, do not fall for this scam.

If I could give a 0* I would, shocking to deal with. Bought products from them last year to which they agreed to refund me for in January. Still waiting, wish I did a bit more research on them before I departed with some hard earned cash.

Long delivery time of 10 days because first my bra goes to Dublin from China and then Ortorex send it to my home by post.
Your website is Ortorex.ie which means Ireland and not another country. So it is not an Irish store.
My 2 post-op bras with breast implant stabilizer turned out TOO SMALL for 10 cm and 14 cm - I chose size S which should have 77 cm under bust - this is according to the size chart. They send Chinese size and not standard UK/EU size....
Beige color, I have 67 cm and black color, I have 64 cm under bust!!!
I wasted time and money and customer service did not reply to my email regarding the bras being too small....also the contact no is polish +48...
Waiting for New True size Bra or refund!!!

I regretted didn't seem the reviews before, bought 2 pairs of shoes that were supposed to be orthopedic. Very bad quality, EVA sole, not comfortable and too small for the size. It was dropshipping, took 10 days to arrive.

Ordered 2 orthopedic pillows online maybe 7 days ago one of them has arrived today and according to the tracker the other one will be here tommorow. Very happy with products I purchased so far.

There is nothing orthopedic about this company. Cheap tat. Do NOT purchase.
