Absolute disgrace

Absolute disgrace - would give minus if possible. Ordered the nail fungus treatment device to find on taking it out of the box that it's only about right for a man's little finger (certainly not my problematic big toes). I contacted Orthovital about returning the item to be sent this:
'Returning the product would involve international shipping costs on your end. To make things easier for our customers, we've developed an alternative approach:

We can offer you a partial refund of 30% of your order value. 💸

This partial refund option is designed to save you the hassle and expense of international shipping - but the choice is completely yours based on what feels right for your situation. 😊'
I took up the offer as I thought that perhaps my wife or daughters may find it useful to help condition their finger nails.
I then charged the device and checked it's operation for the first time to find not all the lights worked - obviously a defective item.
I then contacted Orthovital to arrange either a replacement or the refund of the remainder that I paid to be informed they would do neither as per their policy.
At no point had I been informed that by taking up their offer any warranty would be revoked, nor did they offer any guide on where I could actually find this information.
Basically the product is rubbish and so is Orthovitals customer service - don't look to purchase anything from them.

Joke of a company

Ordered item 8 January 2026, still not received and tracking details given don't work. Have now contacted the company 4 times to ask where my order is and they keep sending the same reply, that it was fulfilled and delivered in August 2024, it wasn't ordered until January 2026!! They just keep sending the same reply. Wished I'd seen the trust pilot reviews before I ordered
