It's like they have shut down, yet I received marketing emails from them.

Dishonest company didn't even ship the item until after the estimated delivery date when I lodged a complaint. Customer service don't answer the phone and their text support need to be chased for a reply.
They tried to play it off as Aus Post losing the original but you cant pull off that lie, then send the automated tracking notifications that come when it actually gets lodged. I'd also explained to them that this was for my dog who was having surgery and they didn't even bother to express post it.
Also worth noting they'll only consider a refund if you haven't opened the package so no way for you to verify the quality of the product.
