False advertising. This is not a thick topper. It is no thicker than a 45.00 topper. The only difference is it is supposedly bamboo. There is only a 15 day return policy and it ships from China.

My sleep specialist, Denny at the Ortho Torrance Store, was so very helpful finding me a mattress that fit my needs. He asked questions to help determine what the best for me would be. I felt no pressure, to buy a certain mattress. I purchased a mattress that worked for me, and my sleep needs, things I never knew. They will not honor the warranty on their Aireloom beds made by Kluft. So they give you a big sales spiel but they do not honor what they say.

The springs could be felt coming through the padding after a few weeks, even though I turned it as instructed. I could not return it as my husband had thrown the packaging away.

I am a long-time client and just became a multiple transaction client as we just bought a new Cal King and a Queen mattress.

What's specifically good about Ortho is that they are a consultive sales company meaning NO PRESSURE - just education. They have EXCELLENT customer service that makes it a pleasure to deal with them.

I can't recommend them more and we will buy more from them when needed.

They make and sell their mattress. The local store could not give an additional discount, but Sal their online agent did. Delivery and old mattress pick up were included in the price and took place briefly after my purchase.

I have Not had a proper bed in over a year and this was my very first time to really go out and buy a Professional, Legitimate, Comfortable Mattress.

When I went into the store, I was greeted by Larry who is an experienced salesman who helped me find the Right Mattress for Me based on my needs, expectations, interests, likes vs. dislikes, etc.

I just want to say that I was very pleased with Larry's services and his very funny sense of humor.

Thanks to him, I was able to find the Type Of Mattress that Fits All Of My Needs and I can't wait until it arrives this coming Friday, November 25, 2016!
