Purchased a pillow for me, found it great, and then bought one for a friend. We both love this pillow. I wish I had purchased the satin pillowcase (thought it had but I hadn’t) because a regular pillowcase kind of limits the shape. This eliminated my achy jaw and neck after just one night. Could not love it more.

What I really do NOT like and regret purchasing is the leg pillow. Absolutely useless and uncomfortable. I do not recommend it. The concept does not live up to the reality.

I recently purchased the ergonomic pillow, and was quite underwhelmed when I first saw it out of the package. Not how it’s advertised, it’s thin and the shape of the pillow doesn’t accommodate side sleepers as much as they make it seem in their ad. Furthermore, my neck has gotten more sore while trying to use this pillow. I tried to give it a proper chance but it makes my neck worse. I then tried to return it (2-3 days after the 30 day guarantee and they refuse). Make sure you’re within that window if you give this a try. In my opinion, not worth the money at all.

Update: Rather than giving me a refund they ended up negotiating a 30, 40, then a final 50% money back and I kept the pillow. Asked for a full refund but that didn’t seem possible. Better than nothing I suppose.

Pillow was just too hard for me. Tried many nights and couldn't sleep with it. Their money back guarantee is crap. You get money back if you send the pillow back to China at your expense. No US return option. Don't count on being able to return. You better like it.

Update on my recent order… I placed my order on November 20th. Today is January 21st. My order has been stuck in NJ since Dec 3rd. The last customer service rep said “be patient, it should arrive soon.” How long does it take to either issue a refund ( which this company refuses to) or to send another pillow. Pathetic service. Buyers beware.

The pillows were recommended by family members. I bought two and have been delighted with them since first use. It took my wife a few days to be comfortable with hers but now is very happy with it. They are set to be a permanent feature of our sleep going forward.

I ordered my products on December 4, 2024. It is now January 15, 2025. The tracking information says "undeliverable", even though the address is correct. The company refuses to refund my money, and referred me to the shipping company. They are all automated and say they cannot help me, contact the sender.
As an update to this review, they finally agreed to refund my money.

I LOVE this pillow. I have many neck issues and have been searching for something that would help me wake up pain free. This pillow did the job! It’s amazing and I highly recommend it. The only drawback is that it doesn’t get cold. It retains your body heat. I thought this would be a “no go” for me, but it isn’t.

DO NOT PURCHASE after a failed delivery, the company refuses to issue a refund unless I accept a redelivery and then pay to return the product. There was no error in address, etc., simply a failed delivery.

I love the pillow. The first night I used it upside down, but still was amazing. I’m not waking with an achy neck, posterior headache or tight jaw. I’m truly amazed. I have been disappointed by so many pillows that said they would help, but only caused more pain. This pillow delivers.

Purchased a pillow (order # 29728) paid well over $100 dollars for a single pillow, waited 10 days to receive it only for it to come without the pillow case. How do you mess up that badly and ship only part of the order? Now I have to wait 48 hours till I get a reply just to see what they will do. At this point I'm disappointed and am ready to return the pillow back. Can't tell you if It is any good as I will not have a chance to use it withut the pillow case

I’ll start this review with the fact that this pillow is an inferior knock off of the Sutera pillow which I’ve had for years and it’s wonderful. I ordered this one just to compare.

The company is scammy. They shipped me a defective pillow that was misshaped. I reached out and they said I would have to pay $20 to return it to China or get only a 30% refund. I told them I shouldn’t have to pay since they gave me a bad product. They asked for pictures. I sent them with a detailed description of the issue. Then they requested I send the same photo again but this time to mark the problem area even though it was very obviously misshaped. They are still refusing to fix the situation. Additionally the free travel bag is made from such cheap material it was busted when I received it. There is no “30 day sleep trial” as advertised either. I only had my pillow a few days before starting the return. I would recommend to avoid this company.

The pillow arrived in great packaging. I let it out of the bag for 24 hrs. My neck feels great and have seen difference on L3 and L4.

Pillow arrived and was completely flat, no form, absolutely unusable. I asked for a refund and they said the product is from China, I'd need to pay $20 in postage to return the product and if it arrived, then I'd get a refund.

They offered 20% refund to keep the pillow, citing the postage fee and the environmental responsibility. I fought back and forth with them and got 50% refund which is still absolute robbery. I settled for that because I don't trust the return policy to actually work and I'll be out even more money. Absolutely disappointed in this pillow, the company, and their policies.

I have just used it for two days now and find a difference in my neck pain. Hoping for better long term results.

This company is terrible. The shipping is terrible! I waited forever for them to ship this to me and still have not received. The tracking info. Isn’t accurate at all. Don’t waste your time ordering this pillow from this company.

I purchased this pillow on an impulse after waking up with neck pain that had been chronically bothering me for over a year. I saw the ad and thought "I'll try anything" It took a couple of weeks to get the product and in that time I started to get skeptical. Pillow finally arrived and to my suprise, I have actually seen a very noticable difference! It did't make all the pain go away, but significantly reduced the intensity. I'll admit, If you are a side sleeper, it is kind of awkward (the place for the arm thing doesn't seem very functional) but honestly it insentivices you to sleep on your back, which I think is a good thing.

Sleeping very well on the new pillow! Such an odd shape, and the foam is not as soft as regular pillows obviously. But it’s super ‘efficient’. My neck is not as tense in the morning and I toss and turn less at night.

Worst ever!!!!
Left with no Christmas gift for family member.
Emailed at least 8 times trying to get an update .
Send a pre written letter that they are busy and understand my frustration.

Never resolved filing a claim of fraud ..

I have had severe neck pain for years, going for massage and chiropractic care. Waking up with terrible pain every pain. Within a week of using most of my pain is gone, I wish I knew of this pillow years ago. Highly recommend

I could not move my neck after one night of sleeping on this pillow. I thought perhaps I needed more time to adjust. After the second night and waking with extreme stiffness, I recognized that this was not the product for me. The product is advertised as the buyer being able to try risk-free, but this is NOT the case. They make it difficult to return, as their only warehouse is located in China. They take $20 in return fees, even after the buyer pays for the return shipping. I do NOT recommend this product.
