Best customer support ever!
I bought a par of stone tunnels and one of them cracked about 5 months in while washing, i contacted support and they shipped me 2 sets of tunnels just like that completely for free. best customer support ever.

There was a mix up with PostNord who said they lost my delivery and Marcus from Ornament's customer service was very helpful. I'll shop with them again!
