total scam, goods did not arrive

At the moment I’m still waiting for my order.
No meaningful communication.
Wish I’d seen the reviews before I ordered.

Still waiting delivery after 2 weeks, no communication, finally after 2 weeks they respond to blame the shipping company, I’ve gone to my card company to dispute the payment because I’m 2 weeks in and still no order and now the date I needed the item has past! Awful company, AVOID!!!!!

If I Could Leave A Zero I Would, I've Not Recieved My Order Not Recieved Any Response To Emails, They Create Shipping Label And Then Don't Send Items, Avoid Avoid SCAMMMMMMMMMERS My Boy Was Gutted Because He Was Looking Forward To Prom And You Ruined It

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Can’t get any update on tracking only that a label has been created. Received 2 emails, one asking me to review the product which I have not received and the second in response to my enquiry, stating they’re having issues with their courier company to which many other have received, very generic. Website says 2-4 business days for delivery, I am now waiting 10 days and nothing. Very poor communication and shocking customer service. Will avoid in the future.

Item not received, no tracking can be found! Tried to email company and no response! Iv now had to go through bank to get a refund. Scammers

Dreadful to deal with. Parcel took ages to arrive , looked nothing like the picture. Fabric was very cheap and nasty, sizing was far too small. Have sent 4 emails to get a refund and had no reply . Phone number doesn’t work. Don’t think I’ll ever get a reply or refund even though website promises guaranteed 30 day refund policy. Parcel did not come from Netherlands but came from China. Total scam.

I ordered my suit for a wedding and I still haven’t received it. It was ordered on the 07/06/26 and have heard nothing since, only about reviewing the product.

I wish I read the reviews. Said my bag would come in 4 days to the UK. Didn’t get shipped for 6 and still hasn’t arrived, ordered for royal Ascot the event has been and gone and still waiting. AVOID
