I have looked at the reviews and there are several 5* reviews. They delivered promptly for sure. However while they offer a lifetime guarantee they do not respond to emails or phone calls at all. So I would advise not to buy from this company

Please do not use this company for buying any battery. The supplied me with faulty battery. Went for holidays gir 3 weeks and when came back battery flat and not charging. No one from this company responding my emails or phone calls. No one picks up phone and if you leave any voicemail no one reply. Will take them to court.

Ordered a battery 4 days ago for next day delivery, not delivered. Sent 2 emails, rang 4 times no reply, customer service does not answer the phone. Will seek refund through Paypal

Ordered the battery one day got it the next day super fast delivery very very happy well recommended

Excellent customer service. Although next day delivery it was ordered before weekend and so not delivered till the Monday which was not a problem but best to check before you buy. Good quality battery great price and ready to go would highly recommend many thanks

This battery is not the most expensive,but in my opinion is as good as the more expensive ones and it also comes with the same guarantee.

Worked perfectly and was a doddle to fit. Old battery was showing as healthy but kept losing charge overnight. New one is going great.

Terrible service, very poor communications and more to the point still waiting for a battery 5 weeks after ordering it, next day delivery I think not.
Whoever Phil is doesn't respond to emails and when he does it's vague at best. Next step Trading Standards and legal advise to find out where I stand. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
