Company is a scam, ordered April 5th, never received. Tracking number bogus.No communication from the company.

Ordered a product and it never arrived. Complete scam.

This company has to be a scam. My order was placed over 40 days ago and nothing ever arrived. The customer support contact is just an email address- very easily ignored. I've still attempted to contact them for a refund but (shockingly) have had no replies. They were quick to take my money and ditch any other contact thereafter, including delivering a product. Do not buy through the "originalpaintbynumbers" website, find a company that's more reputable and that has good reviews. Or play it even safer and only buy in person at an art store.

Please people, do not use this lot. Goods come from China (it is not a US based company as claimed)

Total and utterly incompetent. They can't pull their orders together, will spam you with marketing content, not deliver the goods, not respond and not refund.

This company is a scam!! They keep trying to cut me off when I try to complain. They owe me quite a sum of money from orders which they have never confirmed or sent, The orders were made on April 2nd. It's now May 21st. DO NOT USE THESE NON EXISTENT FRAUDULENY PEOPLE.

Placed order so long ago I cant even remember. Received an email a month later saying it was shipping and would be 21 days until I received it. Still waiting and the only communication was nothing but excuses yet they email daily wanting me to purchase more. Obviously they are in over their head but something I learned working at Disney, keep the lines of communication open with your guests and they will understand delays.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, this company is a nightmare.
1. you are ordering a product from China
2. they dont respond, unless you threaten to open a fraudulent charge with your credit card provider.
3. they will not refund you

I ordered something from this company on April 2nd, the item was "shipped" May 1st (a whole month later) AND the tracking information they provided doesnt work. The order I made also comes up as a 404 code on their website. SUPER fishy. The email says it takes 14-21 days to receive purchase, have yet to receive it ...

If I could give no stars I would.

I have paid for two pictures over three weeks ago and still no pictures nor do they seem to have been shipped. They have not responded to my emails and I am not optimistic. Please do not waste your money.

I can only join everyone else in saying that this is a scam company! DO NOT ORDER!! I ordered in March and still didn’t receive it. Also, customer service has gone silent. I filed a police report against them and also got my money back from the bank (which is only possible in regards to scam companies).

Buy your painting from paintbynumbers.shop instead - they are a real company :)

This is a SCAM WEBSITE, which no longer even exists. Ordered Beginning of April, removed money out of my account immediately....never sent product. You are not even able to contact them through the customer service email they provide.

This is a scam. Ordered over 6 weeks ago and not received my items. They have not responded to any of my emails about the items but are quick to send me emails with money off future purchases!!! The website now doesn’t load either!

The website is a scam. It has been over a month and I still didn't receive my order. They do not respond to my emails. I had to raise the issue to credit card company to request a refund.

The same as what everyone else has said. Completely scam and can't get hold of anyone. The fact that it came so high in the google search for paint by numbers really annoys me. Trying to get money back through my bank but highly doubt it.

Some companies need a negative lower than one star or a symbol to immediately show that they are fraudulent, which this company definitely is. Like the other reviews, I placed my order and then nothing...no response to e-mails and their website so longer works. And now I’m kicking myself for not digging deeper first before placing my order. Stay away!

I ordered with them four weeks ago it is now May and I have yet to receive my order, yet to have a reply through email. Their contact number doesn't work and I've gone onto the website to find it is no longer in operation!! Disgusting considering I'm a nurse and work my head off of that money especially in these situations. Might aswel have worked free for three hours!! Why do people think they can steal people's money and scam good honest people!! Disgusting.

Haven't received my order. It's been 22 days, and I'm left without a Mothers Day gift now. Tried calling the number, which is linked to an automatic voice mailbox. Tried emailing, haven't heard anything back either.

Basically a scam site. don't buy from Them.
I ordered a painting from them and realized they are in USA and not EU.
So I wrote to them to cancel my order and they didn't reply.

The phone number on their website is also fake and nobody answers.

there is no reply after few days. also no email regarding the status of my order.

watch out. scammers are everywhere.
