I ordered a bespoke hall shoe rack bench and coat rack, and I am absolutely delighted with the final result, it was well worth the wait. The craftsmanship is exceptional, with a beautiful finish exactly to our specifications. It arrived safely and was excellently packaged to prevent any damage.
John is incredibly skilled, kind, and professional. Communication with him was excellent throughout the entire process, from my initial enquiry about size, shade, and colour, right through to the delivery.
Supporting independent craftsmen like John is so important, especially compared to mass produced, inferior quality products. I cannot recommend him highly enough, we are absolutely thrilled with the end result.

Absolutely delighted with our shoe cupboard. There was a six week wait for build and delivery but well worth that wait. Extremely well made, beautiful finish and very safely delivered in excellent packaging to avoid damage. Communication with John was very good throughout, from initial enquiry about size to my delaying delivery due to personal circumstances.
It's really important to support artisan businesses like this rather than accepting inferior quality built abroad.
