Fantastic Company - support was supurb
I always order my vape liquid from here and it is usually ordered within a day or two! this was the first time my order was delayed so I contacted them on chat and they were extremely helpful, I got my order the day after speaking with them as it was held up by Evri, cannot fault this company at all, first class!

Poor customer service!
My order got held back in the Evri system, so was 3 days late being delivered. I tried 3 different ways of contacting yourselves, and have still 4 days later not had a response even on live chat. Customer service is obviously not a priority of yours, as this isn't the 1st time I have come across this problem.

If you ever wondered why the shop bought stuff tastes different it's because it is. if like me you prefer the ORIGINAL flavour fill your boots and buy here. Never had any issues with the product well worth the cost and and wait time with delivery service offered

Good product with good customer service
Excellent product thats normally delivered on time and good customer service that responds within a few working days and have fixed every issue I've had with them quickly. Last time had some shipping errors so bit of a delay but after contacting them, I got a quick update as well as 3 free bottles. Great site to order from who have a great product would recommend

Ordered 13th of Feb and order still has…
Ordered 13th of Feb and order still has not been dispatched. Online chat to query delivery and they state they are waiting for a delivery of the items I have ordered, was told these were expected by them on 24th and my order would be shipped, still hasn't. If I had know I would have to wait this long after paying for quicker delivery I would have gone elsewhere (which I've had to do anyway in the meantime!) Items not in stock should be listed as such on the website.
