Made an order, had it cancelled and investigated for potentially "manipulating" the website?
Found the above store when googling around for the new upcoming pokemon set destined rivals, they had the elite trainer box and booster box up for pre order, which I ordered one of each.
Fast forward to the next day and I receive an email to notify me that my order from prior had been cancelled, followed by another email to say:
"It has come to our attention that there has been some suspicious activity related to your order for the Pokémon Scarlet & Violet: Destined Rivals Elite Trainer Box and Pokémon Scarlet & Violet: Destined Rivals Booster Box. An investigation has been launched, if it is found that this was due to a website error no further action will be taken. However, if is found that website manipulation and/or a breach of our terms and conditions has been made we will be contacting the relevant authorities and also your internet service provider.
Support Team"
I replied to the above email asking what the issue was and was told the product was not supposed to be up for purchase and that they are conducting a investigation over the matter in which they will contact me further once concluded.
I then received the following email:
"Thank you for waiting while we did our investigation. Our IT team has now completed a thorough investigation, and we are 100% confident that there was no issue with our website, there were no error logs indicating a site issue. In our access logs it shows there were also other people on the site at the same time and page and did not experience the same issue, this seems as though it is an isolated incident, as per the user journey logs we have. As a precautionary measure our payment provider and IT Team have both advised us to blacklist your card and email address. Your refund has already been processed, and you should receive your refund in the next 5-10 days.
We are happy to leave this as is and will not be contacting any authorities or your internet service provider, unfortunately, this does mean that you will not be able to purchase via Origin Gaming in the future.

I have no idea what the store is talking about I simply placed an order for a product listed on their website and went about my day? To put the idea across that I have "manipulated the site/breached their terms of conditions" to simply purchase a item on their site just seems to make no sense, had I purchased an obscure number of items from the store it would be more understandable but I simply purchased and paid for two different items, what do I achieve from it?
To then say they would contact local authorities and my internet provider over me making a purchase that they did not want me to make also just makes no sense? Their own investigation mentions nothing I did when purchasing was wrong, just that the website had no issues?
Been in the TCG hobby for quite some time but never had anything like this, still confused on whatever the issue was, I would not be buying off this site again regardless if they blacklisted me from it or not.

We would like to address this one star review that you have left. We feel that it doesn't represent the experience accurately that took place and does not really outline your actions, when you used our website.
All Destined Rivals products were not available for purchase on the website and there was only a request to notify when in stock and not to purchase. We did not say that they were "not supposed to be up for purchase". We did clearly stated that it was not available for purchase in our email that we replied to you with. We take breaches to our terms and conditions on our website very seriously no matter how small it may seem. These breaches can lead to a much larger issue and this is why a thorough investigation is always completed and was in this instance.
After the investigation there was only one outcome. The website had no errors or faults and website manipulation had taken place, this loop hole has been closed and cannot be exploited. We did not feel it was necessary to provide you with more detail, as we had already issued the refund and we were not going to take further action, which we explained in our email. However, you did not contact us back to request any further details, you left a 1-star review.
It would be standard practice for a company to contact appropriate authorities and the internet service provider when an issue such as this or larger takes place. We are happy that you no longer wish to purchase from us, as we no longer wish to accept your custom, and your details have been blocked and blacklisted from using our website again.

My third order with Origin Gaming, really happy with the service I received. I ordered a few of the older Pokemon products they had in stock. Was shipped really quickly and everything was packaged nicely, I think their prices are great to. Would recommend to anyone.

Great place to order from, I got my one-piece, pokemon and dragon ball cards from here. Delivery was quick and I will definitely be ordering from here again and would highly recommend Origin Gaming to other people!

Been waiting a very long time for something I preordered months ago, I have received these products via other suppliers but still not from Origin unfortunately.
I was going to wait until the product arrived to review but I keep getting emails reminding me to review, I will update when/if I get my products.
Update: Marked this higher as to not ruin the otherwise perfect record the company had, ultimately it was too harsh a score.

Thank you for your review. We understand that this is frustrating for you, but this is frustrating for us too. We understand that it may seem as though you have waited months, however, the first wave of Surprise Boxes were not released until March, you did not receive your order in the first wave as these were sent out on a first come first serve basis and there were other customers ahead. We would like to highlight that when you place a preorder with any retailer, it's only the time from when the product is released, so we feel that this isn't a true statement of the length of time you have waited.
We have been in regular contact with all our customers affected by these delays. since January, this is a well known issue across the Prismatic Evolutions release. We have also offered refunds to all customers and given options to either wait for the product to arrive or to be given a refund for your order, if you are not happy to wait, then please email us and we are happy to issue you a refund.
The reminder emails that you have been receiving are sent out per order, including our OG Essential Membership, on an automated basis. We ensure that the system will not send more than 3 emails per order with around 10 days between each to not be too overwhelming. We have taken note that this seems too much as per your comment.
We feel the 2 star review is not a complete reflection of the service that you have received from us or the actual customer experience as a whole. We're not sure what else we can do to make this a better service, with our regular communication and option of a refund, given the unprecedented issues currently with the Prismatic Evolutions release.
Thank you for the updated 4 star review, we do work very hard to ensure we provide the best customer experience possible and we appreciate that things may not always go as planned, but we make sure that we are open and honest if there are any issues and work with our customers to resolve them where possible. Prismatic Evolutions has been challenging and a steep learning curve for all.

Communication is key.
My only purchase with origin-gaming was delayed due to manufacturing issues. No fault with the distributor. Origin-gaming’s communication throughout this order was exceptional. Constant contact with myself with updates was very reassuring. I feel it is vital that the customer is aware of any issues and what actions are being taken to resolve this. I would surely recommend them based of the experience I had.

Clean and detailed 3D prints
I got some great 3D prints, the detail is good, very smoothly cleaned and finished. I'll be able to base coat immediately.
Items were well packaged, especially important for 3D prints. Quick delivery with good notifications.
