Nice watch but when it broke due to warrantable reasons, I wrote an email to Orient customer service and didn't get a reply. Then I wrote several emails and used their website to write an appeal thing and still no reply. There is no service centre in the UK (somehow?) so maybe that is the reason? But I have an expensive watch which is now broken and I cannot use the warranty so I would rate it 0/5 stars if I could.
