Everything was great

Everything was great , I just received mine yesterday. I think they are great but my hearing aid on left popped out and is now lost. I have looked everywhere but most likely at clinic I was at. What can I do now? Linda Panhorst

I'm not sure yet. ask again when ive had the product for a while.

I was asked to purchase items i did't want. when I click on an item to check it out, it went on my bill and could not remove it.
