Sorry, better in English: I have ordered and paid for three products, but received only one. I made photos and send immediately mesage to you, since then I have not heard from anyone any explanation. I feel robbed by you. This is not serious approach to customers. The shop replied only after I posted negative review and refunded two missing items quickly. Nevertheless I have not heard a single apology, only that the product was out of stock. I am adding one more Star for dealing quickly with the refund.
