Everything I’ve ordered so far has been comfortable, well-made, and exactly what I expected. I was returning some stuff from Japan and i couldn't find my tracking number that i should have send to them. I simply just wrote them an email and the said it was completely fine, that i shouldn't worry and send me the refundmail the same day. Perfect custumor service!!!

I got the wrong size initially and had to exchange for another. It was super simple. Both came fairly quickly. The price is a bit high but it does seem like high quality.

The products are of noticeably poor quality - I would go as far as to say they’re comparable to fast fashion brands in terms of craftsmanship and material standards. I purchased both underwear and socks, and I was genuinely appalled by how cheaply made they felt. The fabric was thin, and the overall construction gave the impression that durability was never a priority. For the price and brand reputation, I expected much higher quality, but what I received felt disposable after just a few wears.

I discovered Organic Basics a year and a half ago and since then have slowly filled my wardrobe with pieces from their collections. I really appreciate the high quality materials, the transparency of sourcing and impact on the environment, the sizing standards (I'm petite and the pieces fit without tailoring!), the variety of pieces and colors, etc..

I recently had an issue with shipping charges. I'm a member of their loyalty program which I highly recommend. Because of the loyalty program membership, I should receive free shipping on all order, but was charged for it recently. I reached out and they refunded me quickly and fixed the glitch in their system for the future. The service team was helpful, friendly, and polite.

After throwing all my synthetic bras and underwear with bisphenols and PFAS in the trash, I needed to find a shop that sold underwear made from natural fibers. It would be even better if they took steps to eliminate their impact on the environment as well. Organic Basics came up in a search as a great company whose products were free of these toxins and who tried to reduce the impact of their production on the planet.

While I was a little bummed they had no 100% cotton bras, they did have 90% cotton, 10% elastane, like in the super comfortable Core Triangle bralette. Also, a few of their cotton bras are lined with polyester, which is a bit itchy by the end of the day, but I'm hoping they've vetted their synthetics for BPA/PFAS.

I decided to start buying multiple styles in multiple sizes, due to their amazing return/exchange policy, which lets you return an item for free for store credit on a gift card, plus gives you 25% extra. Normally I hate trying to buy bras online, but shipping was super fast, returns were incredibly easy, and the store credit was available in a couple days.

I want to also say how incredibly patient, helpful, and friendly the 3 customer service agents I wrote to were. Victoria, Christian, and Pernille responded promptly to my many questions, and when customer service was closed, they got back to me on the next business day.

While I would love to see polyester and polyamide free cotton bras, size 70D, 100% cotton shirts and sweaters that aren't so short, and bras with no or less elastane so my breasts don't bounce so much, I really love Organic Basics' products. The Core Wireless Plunge bra is a work of art and seems like it was custom made to fit me. I love that it's available in my favorite color, Soft Breeze. :)

I really like the quality of the pieces. Even when there seemed to be a shipping issue, they reshipped my order for free and their customer service was quick and effective. Will repurchase for sure!

I ordered a bralette to Australia and the delivery was faster than expected. My parcel was delivered to a neighbour and I couldn't find it. The customer service was so fast, kind and helpful and in the end I found the parcel luckily. The product is also great, feels really soft and has a great fit. I'm happy

I am so pleased to have found Organic Basics, such comfortable good for the planet items, the most comfortable I’ve ever worn. I ordered an incorrect item and their returns process is quick and easy with store credit being offered plus that little bit extra to spend with no return shipping fee to pay. They do also offer refunds. Pernille was so helpful when I enquired about my store credit/gift card it was dealt with immediately. I would highly recommend OB - I wouldn’t buy my underwear from anywhere else now, all washes well too and lovely colours and plenty of styles to suit everyone. Thank you Pernille and OB. :)

I ordered a top, which ended up going to Royal Mail and I never collected it because I didn’t see the email. Organic basics were so nice - offered to send it out again with no charge for postage or a full refund. Would order again based on customer service
