My package was never delivered
My package was never delivered, and instead of helping me resolve the issue, Customer service was condescending. This is the email I got in response to my question:
Hi!
When I check the tracking, it looks like they are trying to redeliver in Beltsville? Is that not where you live? :-)
FYI, FedEx was NOT trying to redeliver to my house, they were trying to return my bra to the shipper, Organic Basics! Which I found out because I had to call FedEx and track down my undelivered package, instead of Organic Basics. I purchased package protection too, and they're not letting me file a claim because technically FedEx tracking is still active for it.
EDIT: The Organic Basics team reached out to me and was able to deliver the bra successfully. Thank you!

Just to clarify, the latest scans when responding to your email mentioned that "delivery would be re-attempted" and that the parcel was in Beltsville, which we at the time believed was where you were residing. We were not certain of this, however, and therefore asked you to confirm this. It was more us wanting to be diligent and avoid reshipping something, which might be delivered.
Sorry for all the inconvenience and extra back and forth - we're happy that a solution was reached! :-)

The material of the products is excellent — very soft, and the sizes fit me perfectly. The only issue was that the pants were a bit long, so they will need to be shortened. Everything else was great, and the delivery was on time.

For that reason, amongst other things, we do offer returns - both exchanges, gift card returns and refunds to original payment.

Not great quality
Underwear super thin with holes forming and stitches breaking within a few wears. Exchange/replacement offered but the items were so poor I don’t want more of them.
Their clothing is more reliable and long sleeve T-shirts I have from them are good. Again, fabric is thin though.

This company greenwashes their marketing, they present as an eco brand but the quality is terrible. The clothes are just as cheap as primemark and have very low lifespans making it really not eco conscious at all. I am so mad because it’s one thing to make cheap fast fashion clothes but it’s almost worse to make cheap fast fashion clothes and pretend that you are supporting the planet.

It might be organic but made in Asia (bragging about climate change) the quality is ok but you expect better materials less polyamid for instance. It’s very expensive, the size are really really large and the shipping cost is off the charts. So as an overall no.

I messed up my order and got it shipped to the wrong country. They changed the address no problem. Then I was unable to pay a tax toll and they changed my address again, to another country, for free. It's customer service like this that makes me want to buy from brands again

Women’s underwear is not true to size
I really liked soft fabric. I purchased some underwear for my husband and myself. Husband loved it so much and they came true to size, however the lady’s underwear is opposite. If you want to fit you perfectly you have to go one size smaller than what you wear as they are too loose.
I highly appreciate responsive customer service, they have offered me to exchanged one of my unused pack for smaller size and now they fit me nicely. Will be definitely buying in the future

Ethical! Not cheap! Helpful! Hard to ignore marketing email content!
Customer service is very friendly and do anything they can to accommodate, ordering is easy, delivery is reasonable/quick if you consider it’s coming from Denmark. Clothes are good quality, sweats are really heavyweight. Well rated for ethical practice is the main draw for me, higher prices to be expected, I wish they weren’t always sending emails with photos of girls in underwear.. it’s damaging my retinas.
