Be careful > NO support when no account is created

April 2022 I bought 2 boxes of Ronnenfelt Rooibos tea from Orfeoshop company. Package to be delivered to DHL pickup point in my city (Netherlands).
DHL announced that the shipment arrived for pickup, but in fact the shipment did NOT arrive.

It is the responsibility of the SHIPPER (Orfeoshop) to ensure good delivery, (DHL only gives support to the sender of the package).
However when I emailed Orfeoshop to follow-up on my package [to make sure it did not get returned to sender];
I got the message back that I must first give the Order Number, because according to "GPDR Act" (privacy) they do not provide any information to me as a Third Party.

I had not received any Order information/confirmation from Orfeoshop. Reason: I did not create an account with Orfeoshop simply because their website allows purchase with no creation of an Account and my order was just for 2 boxes of Tea.
Thus I did not get any Order Confirmation from them, and thus I could not give them Order Number.

Their refusal to personally help in any way is very bad, and therefore I warn others to be careful in dealing with this company.

I received old coffee

One package of coffee I received had already passed the best-before date by almost a year. There was no mention of this when I placed my order. Unfortunately, the shop reacted with tricks and was not accommodating. The rest was fine.

To confirm:
When I ordered, there was no notice on the page, and the price wasn't particularly cheap either.
I am deeply disappointed that the shop does not admit its mistake.

Dear customer, the goods on sale with a minimum expiration date were properly marked on the day of sale. You will not come across any tricks with us in the company.
We are very sorry that the customer is lying in order to damage the good reputation of our company.

So. As promised my follow up rating. I got my Coffee today. A delivery time of 9 days from the Czech Republik to Ireland is a good time frame. I am so happy with this shop. I will order again 👍👍 Thank you!!!

I ordered a product and paid for it

I ordered a product and paid for it. But I never received my order. You never answered all my questions. I am very disappointed with your attitude towards the buyer. This is the first time I've met such a bad attitude towards your customer.

Dear Mr. Makarovs, according to the tracking status of the parcel service DPD you accepted the package on 18 December at the time 12.21. We handed over your package to the DPD on 3 December. However, we are unable to determine the speed of delivery. On the day of writing the rating, you had not yet received the parcel. The only way you could get the parcel faster is by airmail, but that comes with a completely different price tag. We would appreciate it if you would change your rating for our company, at least for the allegation that you did not receive a product.

Delivery was as expected and very well conditioned to protect the coffee machine.
Communication was good and tracking number was prompltly provided upon request.

Good overall prices.

Recommended.
