Liars about production time
Liars about production time. I've placed several orders and not once have they been produced in 24 hours as they claim. Myriad lame excuses, like the file has no transparency, I resent the exact same file and no issues! Wow, how that happen? The last straw was that they blamed a hurricane, despite their website saying they were still meeting a 24 hour turnaround time. I even contacted customer support and they never indicated an issue with production time. The only way I knew my job was not coming was by checking it's status online. Only AFTER I contacted them did they make the excuse.
I've ordered 3 times and all 3 times it was some kind of delay. Do yourself and your clients favor, run away from these unreliable people. I'm sorry I ever gave them a try.
