The item never arrived
The item never arrived. Their support never responded through email. I had to contact affirm and dispute the purchase to get my money back. The whole ordeal took two months. I essentially just lent them $120 for two months. If affirm did not approve my dispute I would have been scammed since chargebacks don't work well with affirm.
I do not recommend this business
I ordered a dress that did not fit when I tried it on. I asked to return but they aid no, they have a no returns policy. Great way to treat a first time customer. Beware doing business with them. I'll never make that mistake again
