SCAM!!!!!
On Facebook, I saw an ad for this website. I ordered 4 rechargeable camping lanterns, and they never arrived, no matter how long I waited. So of course, I issued a refund. They refunded my money, but shortly afterwards, they took €27.27 from my bank account without my consent. I phoned my bank, and I was informed that ‘it was a subscription’. They would continue to take this amount of money from my account every 28 days if I didn’t notice. I didn’t give any form of consent for any sort of subscription. Morvera didn’t notify me that they took my money either. I found out days later about such transaction. I couldn’t believe that any company would pull these lowlife shenanigans. I emailed morvera twice about this issue with no correspondence whatsoever. They would have squeezed every last cent out of my pocket if I didn’t inform the bank, which said they’d take action if morerva refuse to refund my money that, once again, I didn’t give consent to take. Please beware, and do not order from here EVER.
